In 2021, Kareena released her Pregnancy Bible, co-authored with Aditi Shah Bhimjani, and it became a commercial success then. However, it seems Kareena is in trouble due to this.
Kareena Kapoor's book, Pregnancy Bible: The Ultimate Manual for Moms-To-Be is mainly for the expecting mothers. It provides tips on self-care and nursery preparation from eminent dieticians and fitness experts. However, now, as per a report by NDTV, the actress got a legal notice from the Madhya Pradesh High Court for using the word ‘Bible’ in her pregnancy memoir title. The objection was raised by an advocate, Christopher Anthony, regarding the use of the term 'Bible'. As per the report, the advocate is a social activist from Jabalpur, MP. Thus, he raised the petition on behalf of the Christian community and stated that using the word ‘Bible’ in the memoir's title is hurtful to the sentiments of the specific religion.

The advocate, Christopher Anthony, filed a complaint in the lower court after the police refused to register an FIR against the actor. Following this, the lower court declined his petition as, according to them, the petitioner could not establish any supportive documents on how the use of the word "Bible" was hurting the sentiments. Then, he approached the Additional Sessions Court, but his complaint was dismissed. Finally, he went to the High Court, wherein a single-judge bench of Justice Gurpal Singh Ahluwalia issued the notice to Kareena and the book's sellers and sought an answer for the same. Following this, the court also issued a notice for the publishers.
Kareena Kapoor Khan always remained vocal about issues related to pregnancy and the post-delivery phase to now talking about the parenting journey of her two sons, Taimur and Jehangir. A few weeks ago, during the UN event, Kareena revealed that her elder one started complaining when she had to fulfill her professional commitments. So, being a doting mommy, she told him that though her work was also important, she would surely give him more time once she returned. She explained:
"I feel that boys who see not just their father, but also their mothers work, have some sort of respect for the fact that I can also be busy. Today they had a holiday and wanted me to be home but I told them I have to go to work. Taimur was like, 'You are always going to Delhi and Dubai for work, I want to be with you'. I told him that work is important too and I promise to come back and give you more time so that he doesn't feel neglected in any way."

Revealing that she wants to teach the same values to her sons, she shared:
"Somehow, he will respect the fact that Abba goes to work and comes home and the same goes for Amma. He understands the equality factor that both my parents are working. That somehow allows a lot of space for respect. I want him to grow up knowing that we are equals in this house."
