Well, there’s no argument that the fan-following of Taimur has reached some serious levels already. In a conversation with Rajeev Masand and Anupama Chopra, Saif Ali Khan had revealed his views on his son’s growing popularity. He had explained, “Kareena and I knew there would be media interest in our son. It's hard to bring up kids without the attention; I don't know how he is going to react to the attention when he grows up. Taimur has just started his life. We need to make sure he grows up to be a balanced person. Hopefully, he will get used to it; I don't think he knows any better. He knows cameras are pointing at him all the time.”
Like a doting parent, Saif Ali Khan had also talked about the importance of giving the right manners and values to his son, Taimur right from an early age. He had said, “You have to sit him down, the minute he can understand it. And it’ll start by calling the people at home and not yelling. It’ll be manners, it’ll be ‘Please, Thank You, Aadaab’. It’ll be disciplined from a young age. At least we know these things. These Bombay kids are out of control. He’ll be very well behaved.” Adding further in his statement, the actor had revealed that he wants Tim to follow the footsteps of his elder sister, Sara Ali Khan. He had added, “And honestly, if he does his ‘namaste’ right, he’ll score points. Have you seen Sara’s aadaab when she was younger? This is it. This is what we need, a nice aadaab from Tim. Tim by the way.”
Well, manners are something that tells more about a person than his qualifications and success. A well-mannered person always outshines someone with numerous accolades. In the same conversation, when Saif was asked about the genetics of his son, Saif had remarked, “He's blue-eyed. He's a genetic treasure trove. He is. He is got a bit of Rabindranath Tagore, he's got a bit of Raj Kapoor, he's got a bit of Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, he's got a bit of Bhopal...I don't know..he's beyond me. He's gone. Let's see what happens.” (Also Read: Taimur Ali Khan Helps Daddy, Saif Ali Khan In Gardening, Mommy, Kareena Clicks Their Candid Pictures)
