The Pataudi clan had always come together to celebrate special occasions, festivals, birthdays and anniversaries despite their hectic work schedules. On December 8, 2019, the Bengali beauty of Hindi cinema, Sharmila Tagore had turned 75 and to mark the occasion, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu along with their little prince and princess, Taimur Ali Khan and Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, had headed off to Ranthambore, Rajasthan. Sharing a family picture from the cake-cutting moment, where baby Tim and Inni had their eyes only on the cake, Soha had written, “With so many people in one frame it’s impossible to get a shot where everyone’s eyes are open (sorry bhai) or where everyone is looking at the camera - Tim and Inni have eyes only for the cake! Happy Birthday Amman 08.12.19 #sherbagh.”
Now thanks to the pandemic, everyone is stuck at home and are celebrating the important occasions in lockdown. On May 25, 2020, Kunal Kemmu turned 37 and wishes had poured in from his family members, friends and colleagues on social media. Just a while back, Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her IG handle to wish her brother-in-law on his birthday. Posting an unseen throwback picture from Inaaya Naumi Kemmu’s six-month-birthday celebration with Taimur Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan in the frame too, Bebo wished Kunal, “Happy birthday brother-in-law... We love you” followed by two heart emoticons.
To make Kunal Kemmu’s day super special, his wife, Soha Ali Khan planned the best gift from their daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. Soha posted the glimpses of Kunal’s birthday morning on her IG handle. Posting a just-woke-up picture of the Kunal, Soha had put a ‘Happy Birthday’ and ‘Good Morning’ sticker atop it. The next picture had Inaaya holding a balloon while Kunal held his birthday present, a yellow frame with Inaaya's handprints on it which read as, "Best Papa Ever Hands Down". And you just can’t miss the birthday boy’s priceless expression on holding his birthday gift. Soha also posted a twinning family picture to wish Kunal on his birthday. She wrote, "Happy birthday @khemster2 For better or worse there’s no one I’d rather be locked down with" followed by a heart emoticon. A while back, Soha posted a video of Inaaya singing 'happy birthday' for her papa, Kunal and we can't stop watching the super adorable video on loop. Soha captioned it, "Happy birthday @khemster2." During the lockdown, Kunal Kemmu has been exploring his photography skills by clicking his favourite ones, wife, Soha Ali Khan, daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu and their pet, Masti. A few days back, Kunal had posted a beautifully captured mother-daughter moment of Soha and Inaaya. Kunal had captioned the endearing monochrome picture as “The Two Halves Of My Heart PC: @khemster2.” Just like us, Kareena Kapoor Khan too, was in awe of the endearing moment of Soha, as she had held her baby girl in her arms. Kareena had commented on the picture, “Gorgeous two” followed by heart emoticons.
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Kunal Kemmu had revealed how their daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu had kept them on toes during the lockdown. Sharing how her routine helps them with their daily schedule, Kunal had said, “The one thing that has kept us on our toes is our daughter. Normally, in this situation, things could tend to get boring and lazy but we are aware that with Inaaya, we have some activities to do. Thanks to her schedule there is some routine that is still alive. She wakes up at a certain time and her time is divided into school and play time. In fact, she is aware that there is something called the coronavirus because of which you cannot go out of the house. Also, she helps us in motivating to do things.”
Revealing how lockdown is the best time for people to invest in their hobbies and what he is doing with his daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu at home, Kunal Kemmu had remarked, “I believe a routine is important. The idea is to take one day at a time and count your blessings. I have had days when I have to crawl out of the day and get myself in the shower. My social media is the best way to know in what kind of mood I am. Be it playing the guitar or photography I read a book, write for a bit, watch something on television and then spend time with my daughter. Like I do a lot of craft activities with Inaaya which took me to my childhood days or just paint in a book which I end up doing a lot more than her so it is real fun.” (Also Read: 'Begum' Kareena Kapoor And SIL, Karisma Kapoor Approve 'Chef' Saif Ali Khan's Special Eid Biryani)
