Good looks, good looks and good looks…! If we talk of B-town, once rumoured lovebirds, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, qualify these categories set by Poo in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, with flying colours. A relationship that started with Mujhse Dosti Karoge, turned into Main Hrithik Ki Deewani Hoon and while every fan rooted for the K3G couple to take their romance to the next level, all we were left with just Yaadein. Despite Hrithik Roshan was a married man, Kareena Kapoor had developed feelings for him while working together and he too, had reciprocated. Reportedly, the repercussions were such that Hrithik’s family had to intervene and had asked Bebo to maintain distance from him. Back in the early 2000s, Hrithik and Kareena were the hottest couple of B-town and it was their on-screen sizzling chemistry that had given rise to their dating speculations.

On Rendezvous with Simi Garewal in 2002, Simi Garewal had asked Kareena Kapoor if she was upset by the “mean, nasty gossip” about her and Hrithik Roshan. Bebo had retorted, “Anything they write about me upsets me.” Revealing that the families knowing the truth is what matters the most, Kareena had continued, “If you are famous, you are bound to be spoken about. Being an actor or an actress, it is part and parcel. As long as the people and families concerned know about what is important, that is what matters.”
When Kareena Kapoor was asked if she had discussed her and Hrithik Roshan’s link-up rumours with his family, she had stated, “No, there was nothing to clarify, because it was like a joke. I mean, it still is a joke. But one thing which is clear is I am never going to let it affect my friendship with Hrithik in any way, no matter what. Definitely not. We are still crazy on the sets. People have to tell us to shut up and keep quiet, we are still not going to stop being like children.” Kareena had revealed that she loved to pull Hrithik’s leg and was not going to start behaving differently around him just because of someone’s overactive imagination. Bebo had remarked, “I’m not going to stop that because this is the way I am and it is how I am going to be.” (Also Read: Shahid Kapoor Was Kareena Kapoor's 12am Friend Whom She Could Call And Narrate A Bad Day [Throwback])

Before Kareena Kapoor had added Khan to her name post her wedding with Saif Ali Khan, she was in a serious relationship with Shahid Kapoor. But do you know, before Shahid and Saif, who did Kareena wanted to go on a date with? Back in those days and even today, Kareena is famous for her explosive and extremely honest interviews. On Rendezvous With Simi Garewal, the host, Simi Garewal had asked Kareena, “If you could pick anyone in the world for a date, who would you choose?”
Kareena Kapoor had said, “Shall I say this, I don’t know if I should. But I don’t mind it’s controversial. Rahul Gandhi. I’d like to know him. I have been flipping through his pictures in a magazine and wondering what would it be like to have a conversation with him. I come from a family with a lineage of films and he comes from a family with a lineage of politics. So, maybe we’d make an interesting conversation.”
Not only this, but Kareena Kapoor had also given some major statements about marriages and had said how married men were not her thing. Bebo had stated, “Please give me a break. I am neither besotted with married men nor will I have affairs with them. Married men would be detrimental to my career. Ask the producers, directors and distributors why all of them are hell-bent on signing Duggu (Hrithik Roshan) and me together. Quite obviously because we are a hot pair."
Not knowing what’s in store for her in the future, Kareena Kapoor, in a past interview with another media portal, had stated, “Yes, no married men for me. But why is infidelity being made such an issue? Men cheat on their women, that's as old as the hills. It's possible for a man to love more than one woman. But hey, it's possible for a woman to be in love with more than one man too. That is fair and square. But what frustrates me is when men don't own up to the women they love. Men can be quite gutless.'' She had continued, “There's a difference between love and attraction. I wouldn't like my man to cheat on me. Neither would I cheat on him. If I found out that my man's unfaithful, I'd slaughter him. No tears, no shor-sharaba." (Also Read: Throwback Video Of Kareena And Saif From An Award Function, When She Royally Ignored Him)
Even if Hrithik and Kareena had shared ‘more than a co-star’ bond, both of them are now happily leading their respective lives.
