Bollywood actress, Raveena Tandon is riding high on the professional front for her recently released film, K.G.F. 2. The actress played the role of 'Ramika Sen' in the film, and her performance received immense appreciation both from the critics and her fans. Now, in an interview with a media portal, Raveena opened up about her father's demise, her upbringing, and her kids' reaction to her movies.
For the unversed, Raveena Tandon's father, Ravi Tandon had taken his last breath on February 11, 2022, and had left for the heavenly abode at the age of 86. The actress and her entire family are going through the most difficult time. However, it is Raveena, who had put on her brave face and had performed the last rites of her father, Ravi Tandon, at his funeral. The actress had looked emotional as she was dressed in a white ensemble while performing her father's funeral rituals.

In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Raveena Tandon got sentimental as she talked about her father, Ravi Tandon and revealed that whatever he had taught her, has been etched on her mind. Talking about her father’s demise, Raveena shared that she is glad that she told him how much she loved him and added that she feels that he's still watching her. Raveena said:
“Well, luckily, I told him everything and there’s never a point with my dad that I’ve not told him what I feel for him every day of my life so and what I was doing or what was happening and so he knew everything and I still know everything and he’s still watching everything.”
Raveena Tandon is one of the finest actresses of the 90s, and she had often hit the headlines for her personal life. Be it her affair with the actor, Akshay Kumar or her rife with fellow actresses, Raveena's personal life was always in the news. Talking about dealing with media scrutiny and how her family had helped her cope with that, Raveena said:
“I think I can say I’m one of those few blessed and lucky ones who had a very stable family life. My parents have always been my backbone always there to hold me. When I fell and my dad used to say that when a child falls, he falls a million times but he doesn’t just sit there. He picks himself up and walks and walks again till he learns to walk like a man and that is something that was very very strong in my mind always and I think that’s very important for the right values to be given in you to be able to pick yourself up each time. Pick up the pieces and walk and walk strong again.”
Raveena Tandon had adopted two girls, Chhaya and Pooja Tandon at the age of 21. Apart from her two adopted daughters, Raveena and her hubby, Anil Thadani have two biological kids, Ranbir Thadani and Rasha Thadani. Further in the interview, when Raveena was asked if her kids watch her movies and whether or not they have seen the trailer of K.G.F. 2, the doting mommy gave a hilarious reply. She said:

"My kids have only seen my fun films like Andaz Apna Apna, and they like it. They haven't seen my serious movies yet. And they haven't watched the KGF 2 trailer yet, and once they'll see it, it'll be very usual to them, that tone, they'll be like 'This is how you talk to us in any case.' There's nothing new for them because they'll say, 'That's how you are at home and you tell us to study all the time.'"
On the work front, Raveena Tandon will be next seen in the film, One Friday Night.
