Aamir Khan is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. The actor never leaves any chance to win the hearts of his fans, courtesy of his acting talents, amazing personality, handsomeness, and more. However, it's his personal life that often grabs the eyeballs. For the unversed, Aamir got married to Reena Dutta in 1986, with whom he has two kids, Junaid and Ira. Unfortunately, after 16 years of marital bliss, Aamir and Reena decided to part ways. It was in 2005 when Aamir Khan gave another chance to love and got married to filmmaker, Kiran Rao. And after six years of their marital bliss, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao welcomed their son, Azad. Moreover, Aamir's second marriage also didn't last long, as he and Kiran got divorced in 2022.
Although, Aamir and Kiran are a divorced couple, they share an adorable bond. Not just with Aamir, the filmmaker shares a beautiful bond with his entire family, including his first wife. In a recent interview, Kiran Rao stated that she and Aamir never had any fight between them. During a chat with Puja Talwar, Kiran Rao shared that in marriages, there are challenges, and she also had her share of fights. The filmmaker added that she and Aamir had some disagreements between them, but they never had any big fights. Kiran can be quoted as saying:
"Anyone who is married will tell you marriage has its challenges. And certainly, I have had my share of fights, and we have dealt with things. But actually, Aamir and I have never really fought, it is very strange. We have our disagreements, but we never have big fights."

In the same interview, Kiran Rao also revealed why she and Aamir Khan never had any kind of big fights between them. The filmmaker stated that from her point of view, she and Aamir Khan respect each other a lot, and they understand one another, too. Kiran also mentioned that they are not too proud to agree with one another. Speaking along the same lines, Kiran added that they had their own share of ups and downs in her life, but nothing vaguely antagonistic had ever happened. Kiran mentioned:
"It is also because I think we respect each other a lot. We understand each other quite well, it is just a case of finding the right argument to convince the other person or to be convinced. Our relationship is like that; and we are both not too proud to agree (with each other). And that is one of the advantages of having been in this marriage. We never saw any turbulence of the kind that a lot of people go through. We have had our share of ups and downs, but never anything that I could term even vaguely antagonistic."
Earlier, in an interview with The Week, Kiran Rao stated that she shares an adorable bond with Aamir Khan's family members as well as with his first wife, Reena Dutta. Kiran stated that inclusivity comes to her naturally, which is why all of them enjoyed their hearts out at Aamir's daughter, Ira Khan's wedding. Sharing more deets about the same, Kiran revealed how she and Reena Dutta live in the same housing society, and they both like each other for the kind of person they are. Kiran also added how she often hangs out with Reena and Aamir’s cousin, Nuzhat, even when Aamir is not around.
