However, Kriti never admitted the ongoing rumours and continued her stance on being single. But now it looks like the duo has made their relationship insta-official, and their fans can't keep calm.
On August 27, 2024, Kriti Sanon took to her Instagram handle and shared a video of her power-packed performance at an event. In the video, the actress was seen setting the stage on fire with her sizzling dance moves during the UP T20 Season 2 Opening Ceremony held at the Ekana Stadium, UP. Sharing the video, Kriti playfully penned the caption as:

Within no time, Kriti Sanon's fans flooded the comments section with their reactions. Amid all this, Kabir's comment on Kriti's video did not go unnoticed by eagle-eyed netizens. He commented, "I am dead..." Soon, many social media users reacted to the businessman's comment and asked the duo to make their relationship official. A social media user asked, “Are you getting married to Kriti in real?”
Meanwhile, in a candid conversation with Filmfare, Kriti Sanon opened up about the constant social media scrutiny on her personal life. She revealed that she gets frustrated when false information concerning her personal life is circulated in the media. Kriti also revealed that the rumours impact her family and loved ones and shared how she reacts to all the gossip written about her. Kriti said:

"When false negative information is published about me, it’s not just frustrating for myself but also impacts my family. It’s particularly aggravating when random rumours, like me supposedly getting married, start circulating. Friends then message me assuming it’s true and I have to clarify that it’s not. Having to constantly correct these falsehoods is incredibly irritating and ends up being more bothersome than anything else."
Earlier, Kriti and Kabir seemingly fuelled their relationship rumours, as the duo shared photos on their respective IG handles with a unique connection. On July 31, 2024, Kriti posted some pictures with her sister from her trip to Mykonos, in which she was seen wearing a black-hued floral-printed shrug. On the same day, Kabir also posted a photo of himself with his friends wearing a shrug, which looked completely similar to Kriti's.
