Baba Siddique's assassination by Lawrence Bishnoi's gang raises concern for the people's safety. The NCP leader was brutally killed at 9:15 in the night on the occasion of Dussehra. A family lost the most important pillar, and on top of it, instead of regretting it, Lawrence Bishnoi's gang openly comes forward, takes responsibility for it and threatens Salman Khan. While the entire nation is in shock, people are wondering about the reason behind Lawrence Bishnoi's tiff with Salman.
Lawrence Bishnoi is after Salman Khan's life. After he killed Punjabi singer, Sidhu Moosewala in 2022, he openly threatened Salman Khan and shared that he was his next target. After which, Salman Khan's security was tightened. Earlier this year, the gangster opened fire at Salman Khan's home, Galaxy Apartments, which raised the superstar's concern for safety.

However, things had taken an ugly turn after Lawrence Bishnoi killed the NCP leader, Baba Siddique, who was also one of the closest friends of Salman Khan. He even threatened Salman Khan and people supporting him. His note started with:
"Salman Khan, we did not want this war but you made our brother lose his life."
In an earlier interview with India Today, Lawrence Bishnoi clearly stated that his aim in life was to kill Salman Khan, and he had no other goals. He was quoted as saying:
"Lakshya to Salman Khan marna hai, aur koi lakshya nai hai."
Lawrence Bishnoi clearly stated in the old interview that he would forgive Salman Khan, if he visited Bishnoi temple and apologised in front of their god. Lawrence Bishnoi was referring to Salman Khan's name being dragged in the 1998 Blackbuck case, where he was accused of killing the animal. Lawrence said:
"Sir humare Bishnoiyon ka ek mandir hai Mukam, (Mukam Mukti Dham temple). Bas wahan jaake ek baar maafi maang le ye jo bhi cheez thi, anjaane me jo bhi chiz hui na hui ye bhagwaan jaane... ab mere upar allegations lage hai to is chiz ki main maafi maangta hun... is samaj ki bhavnaaye thesh hui hai. Bas hum chahte hai ji."

For those who don't know, Lawrence Bishnoi belongs to the Bishnoi community, which has taken care of wildlife for the past 550 years. They are followers of Guru Jambeshwar, who had declared Blackbuck dear as his manifestation after his death. It is considered a sacred animal, and people of that community hold a lot of love for it. The Bishnoi community considered their Guru Jambeshwar to be the reincarnation of Krishna.
Not many people know that women in the Bishnoi community nurture abandoned Blackbuck fawns like their own babies. The community started with the agenda of protecting the wildlife.
Salman Khan has not been charged guilty of killing the Blackbuck, while he has been accused, and the case is still ongoing in the court.
