The world is in utter shock with the sudden, untimely demise of Matthew Perry. The Canadian actor was a global sensation and was dear to everyone owing to his portrayal of the character, 'Chandler Bing' in the American sitcom drama, Friends. The ten-year-long sitcom had people hooked to it and made everyone feel a part of their on-screen dynamics, which is why the death of the actor is so brutal to accept by his loyal viewers.
If the viewers of the drama are struggling to cope with the ultimate demise of Matthew Perry, one can only imagine what his Friends co-stars must be going through. In this difficult time of need, the entire cast of Friends stood in solidarity and supported one another to cope with the loss.

Not much after the demise of Matthew Perry, rumours started circulating that his friend, Lisa Kudrow who played the role of 'Phoebe Buffay' in the sitcom, Friends, has decided to adopt his dog. The rumours got debunked as Matthew's former partner, Molly Hurwitz revealed that she and 'Chandler' were dog parents to their poodle mix, Alfred. After their separation, Alfred stays with her.
Matthew Perry and Molly Hurwitz were in a long-term relationship that was almost at the brink of matrimony, but as fate had its way, the couple split days before their big day. After the news of Matthew Perry's death broke, Molly took to her IG account and wrote her heart. Molly further added:

"He would love that the world is talking about how talented he was. And he really was very talented. Our respect and appreciation of humour is something that connected us. Being with him as he rediscovered his brilliance was magical. I obviously knew that man in a very different way. While I loved him deeper than I could comprehend, he was complicated, and he caused pain like I'd never known. No one in my adult life has had a more profound impact on me than Matthew Langford Perry. I have tremendous gratitude for that, for everything I learned from our relationship.
Matty, I feel relief that you are at peace."

The sitcom, Friends has set major friendship goals on-screen and continues to be there for each other even off the screen. With the demise of Matthew Perry, the entire cast, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer, are beside each other, facing the tough time together. They all issued a joint statement which reads as:
"We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family. There is so much to say, but right now, we're going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss. In time we will say more, as and when we are able. For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty's family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world."
