Recently, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Lisa shared an anecdote from her wedding and what kind of bride she was. The actress shared that she didn't even had fitting for her wedding gown. She was quoted as saying, "I hate attention. I’m very casual and dressed down and my own wedding was very intimate and simple. It was attended by very close friends in Napa Valley and my friend, Wendell Rodricks who passed away recently, designed a very simple gown in his studio in Goa, while I was on the other side of the globe. I didn’t even have fittings. I’m personally not a fan of big fat weddings. I’m very low maintenance, fuss-free, an introvert." So, that was a real low, because the first time I was dealing with cancer, I was single."
She had further shared, "I had this beautiful man who had just become my husband and consented to get married to this woman with this fatal disease, and the first piece of news that I had to share with him was, ‘Baby, thanks for marrying me. By the way, I probably have to go back on treatment." (Don't Miss: 'Kumkum Bhagya' Fame, Shikha Singh Spills Beans On Her Pregnancy Cravings, Says She's Anxious)
