For every couple, life before and after embracing parenthood are two completely different chapters. While becoming a parent and having your little one is a euphoric feeling that is unmatched with any other experience, it also comes with a plethora of responsibilities. But keeping the responsibilities aside, just a sight of your little bundle of joy is enough to make you smile and take away all the adulthood stress. And this experience is something, no parent would exchange it with any other feeling in the world. Saath Nibhaana Saathiya fame, Lovey Sasan and her hubby, Koushik Krishnamurthy are experiencing the same beautiful feeling. It was in February 2018 when Lovey Sasan had tied the knot in an arranged-cum-love marriage setup with Koushik Krishnamurthy. Lovey became a beautiful Sabyasachi bride for the Sikh wedding and for the South Indian wedding, she had sported a gorgeous kanjeevaram saree. Lovey had married a Bengaluru-based businessman-boyfriend, Koushik in dual wedding ceremonies, and speaking about the same to a media portal, she had stated, "We will have two weddings — a Punjabi shaadi in Amritsar and a South Indian ceremony in Bengaluru. We were planning a destination wedding in Italy, but since my grandparents do not have passports, we decided to change the venue."
Nine days after celebrating their first anniversary, Lovey Sasan and Koushik Krishnamurthy embraced parenthood and welcomed their little bundle of joy. On February 10, 2020, Lovey and Koushik had completed one year of marital bliss and nine days later, on February 19, 2020, they had become proud parents of a baby boy. Announcing the same on Instagram, Lovey had written, “It’s A BOY Our ROYALTY has arrived. This KING is going to rule our hearts forever ”ROYCE” Presenting... The Proud Father! #BabyRoyce.”
Finally, after teasing her fans with glimpses of baby Royce, Lovey Sasan shared the first-ever picture of her son. Captioning the family picture, Lovey wrote, “Happy One month to my Baby boy. I can’t believe how quick time is passing by you have brought so much happiness into mommy’s & daddy’s life. I am sooooo lucky I get to love you and call you my son. I am very excited to see you grow more! One month down & a lifetime to go together. We love you a lotttttt PRINCE ROYCE. #30daysoflove #PrinceRoyce.” Lovey also posted the glimpses of the yummylicious cake, which had a baby elephant on it, and captioned it, “Twinkle twinkle little star, do you know how loved you are. Confirming the news of her baby boy’s arrival, Lovey Sasan had shared in an interview with the Bombay Times, “Royce is God’s most special gift to us, and words cannot describe our feeling. We are very thankful to the doctors who ensured that I had an easy delivery.” Lovey had posted the first every glimpse of baby Royce, wherein we can see the elated newbie parents’ hands holding the tiny feet of their little bundle of joy. Lovey had captioned it as “@koushik_koush #PrinceRoyce These littlest feet make the biggest footprints in our heart.”
Post delivering her first baby, Lovey Sasan had shared glimpses from her godh bharai ceremony. For the ceremony, Lovey had radiated beautiful glow in a gorgeous green silk saree, which she had complemented with traditional temple neckpieces, jhumkas, maang teeka, bangles, kamarbandh and her hair tied in a bun and accentuated with gajras. Lovey had captioned her posts as “Captions aren’t suitable to describe this feeling” and “Blessed beyond measure.”
To mark her first anniversary, Lovey Sasan had posted a picture from their wedding and wished her husband, Koushik Krishnamurthy in the caption. She had written, “Happy Anniversary Baby @koushik_koush… This year has been magical, full of growth, and lots of love! I am grateful for everything you’ve done and do each and everyday. We have a bond that is unbreakable, trusted plus loving that just the two of us understand. I am so lucky to be in love with my Best Friend , Soulmate, and everything in between! You seriously are my Greatest blessing and I thank God everyday that you were brought into my life. I love you so much and can’t wait for many more years with you by my side.
