Life is a roller-coaster ride which comes with its fair share of highs and lows. To achieve something, we have to cross the obstacles. To overcome a low, we need the courage to fight it and keep the ‘never give up’ attitude strong. The phrase, ‘when life gives you lemon, make a lemonade’ is easier said than done but the happiness in enjoying that lemonade with those lemons is unmatchable. Fear is what stops you from experiencing happiness and once you decide to face your fears, you will find the hidden strength in yourself that’ll help you overcome the problems and obstacles of your life. Maanayata Dutt beautifully explains fear in her Instagram post amid her husband, Sanjay Dutt’s battle with cancer. Life has put Sanjay Dutt and his family to yet another test and we are sure that just like always, they’ll emerge through it as a winner. On August 12, 2020, Sanjay had announced a break from work for medical treatment and soon after his post, it was confirmed that he is diagnosed with lung cancer. While Sanjay is undergoing the preliminary treatment in Mumbai and is reportedly done with the first round of chemotherapy, his twins, Shahraan Dutt and Iqra Dutt are in Dubai and his wife, Maanayata Dutt is juggling between Mumbai and Dubai.
Reportedly, on September 15, 2020, Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata Dutt had headed off to Dubai as the former was missing his twins, Shahraan Dutt and Iqra Dutt. According to a ETimes report, a source was quoted as saying, "Sanjay is doing well, and is expected back home in just a week or 10 days. He wanted to see his twins, who are still in Dubai. They're attending their classes from there." Maanayata posted an in-flight selfie with Sanjay and wrote “Enroute Life” atop it. Maanayata had also posted a stunning picture of herself and had penned a note on fear. She had written, “Fear has two meanings: Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise....the choice is yours! #fightyourfears #riseandshine #selfbelief #throwback #love #grace #positivity #dutts #challenging yet #beautifullife #thankyougod.”
Due to Sanjay Dutt’s cancer diagnosis, his family had a low-key Ganesh Chaturthi celebration at home. On Ganesh Chaturthi, Sanjay had given a glimpse of the celebrations by posting a beautiful picture with his wife, Maanayata Dutt, and had captioned the post as “The celebrations aren't as huge as they used to be every year but the faith in Bappa remains the same. I wish that this auspicious festival removes all the obstacles from our lives and bless us all with health and happiness. Ganpati Bappa Morya.” On which, his daughter, Trishala Dutt had commented with an array of hearts. Post the cancer diagnosis of Sanjay Dutt, Maanayata Dutt had issued a statement wherein she had thanked everyone for their wishes, spoke about life’s another challenge and had urged everyone to stop speculating the stage of his illness. Here’s an excerpt of her statement, “For those asking, Sanju will complete his preliminary treatment in Mumbai. We will formulate further plans of travel depending on how and when the covid situation eases. As of now, Sanju is in the best hands of our esteemed doctors at Kokilaben hospital. I request everyone, with my folded hands, to stop speculating the stage of his illness and let the doctors continue to do their work. We will update you all regularly with his progress.” (Also Read: Virender Sehwag Shares Picture With His Son, Aryavir From Cockpit, Wife, Aarti Sehwag Drops Hearts)
