No matter how much we try to disagree with this but some people are just meant-to-be. They are lucky enough to find a partner for life without any prior heartbreaks. One such couple is South superstar, Mahesh Babu and his wife and former actress, Namrata Shirodkar. It all started way back in 1999 when Namrata had signed her third movie and the first in Telegu, Vamsi. The film had laid the stage for the meeting of these two future soulmates. For the uninitiated, Vamsi was Mahesh Babu's first movie. It was in the summer of 2000 when Namrata and Mahesh had met for the first time for the mahurat shot. Although it was a brief meeting, both of them had made an everlasting impression on each other. By the time the film was completed, Mahesh and Namrata had already fallen in love with each other. The couple had welcomed their first child, Gautham Krishna in the year 2006. And, after almost six years in 2012, the couple had welcomed their baby girl, Sitara Ghattamaneni. Since then, we are witnessing cute adorable pictures of this family through their respective social media handles. Right now, as we all know that the world is under lockdown and like everybody else, Mahesh Babu is also spending time with his family. However, the actor posted a video of himself playing virtual tennis with his son, Gautam in quarantine.
On April 16, 2020, Mahesh Babu took to his Twitter handle and posted an adorable video of him competing with his son, Gautam in a game of virtual tennis. In the video, we can see Mahesh in a comfortable avatar donning a blue T-shirt and striped lower, while his son, Gautam can be seen in a white T-shirt and black-printed shorts. Along with the video, Mahesh wrote a few lines that can be read as “Making the most of each day !! Game night with #Gautam #familytime #Quarantine #StayHomeStaySafe.” Take a look. Both Namrata and Mahesh are admired by a lot of fans for their love and support for each other. In an interview with the Asian Age back in 2018, the actress had revealed the secret behind her happy-married-life. Namrata had stated, “It’s been 14 years since we got married and four years of courtship before that. We’ve been together in every sense, through all these years and I feel we’ve been growing together. Now there are the two children whom we’re watching grow up, it’s the most blissful feeling in the universe. I wouldn’t exchange this life for anything in the world. We had to wait for four years before we could marry. I used that time to wrap up my work and my family obligations in Mumbai and after marriage, it’s just been Mahesh and now the children for me. I hardly socialise here in Hyderabad. Even if Mahesh has to attend a function, I’d rather be home with the children with my hair oiled.”
The actor is making the most out of this quarantine time as we have already seen a lot of videos of him spending time with his family in recent weeks. The actor is also raising awareness by making people aware of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and had posted some pictures of the same on his Twitter handle with a strong note. On April 16, 2020, Mahesh had posted some pictures of sanitation workers, policemen, and people, who are still working out for our benefits without caring about their lives. Along with the pictures, he had written a long caption that could be read as “This one is for all the sanitation workers deployed on our streets to make sure the surroundings are kept clean and sanitised. While we are safe in our homes, they come out everyday leaving their own to ensure we remain out of harm's way...A constant battle with this menacing virus is a challenge beyond all in their frontline jobs and they do it for us... My heartfelt gratitude, immense respect and endless love & blessings to every one of you @GHMCOnline #InItTogether #wearewithyou #OneWorld (sic).” (Also Read: Puja Banerjee And Kunal Verma Announce Their Court Marriage, Donate The Grand Wedding Money To Needy)
