Pakistani actress, Mahira Khan has been over the moon as she tied the knot for the second time with the man of her dreams, Salim Karim. And the glimpses from their dreamy and intimate shaadi were nothing but surreal. For the unversed, Mahira and Salim exchanged vows on October 1, 2023, in the presence of their loved ones. Mahira had also mesmerised her fans with the glimpses of her pre-wedding ceremonies. And now, the actress dropped some more unseen pictures from her pre-wedding festivities.
On October 8, 2023, Mahira Khan took to her Instagram handle and dropped a series of unseen pictures from one of her pre-wedding ceremonies. And, oh boy, the diva looked every bit gorgeous in the pictures. In the first picture, she can be seen posing gracefully for the camera. While in another picture, she can be seen stepping down the stairs. Without any doubt, she looked nothing less than a fairy.

For her special day, Mahira opted for a white-coloured lehenga that featured red-hued floral prints all over it. She styled it with a matching strappy blouse and red-hued dupatta featuring golden buti work. Mahira accentuated her look with a pair of statement earrings, red bangles and a sleek ponytail. Kohl-rimmed eyes, pinkish lipstick, blushed cheeks and highlighted cheekbones added stars to her look.
In one of the pictures from her pre-wedding festivity, Mahira can be seen posing mushily with her husband, Salim. In the priceless picture, the lovebirds can be seen hugging each other. However, it was Salim's cutesy expression that caught our attention. Mahira's husband can be seen lovingly adoring her while she is looking at the camera. The last picture featured a group photo of Mahira, Salim and their friends.

Mahira also dropped some more unseen glimpses from her pre-wedding festivities and penned a heartfelt note for her friends. In the first picture, the actress can be seen posing with her friends. She looked stunning in a yellow-coloured ensemble. The next picture featured a group photo of Mahira and her friends. In the picture, the actress can be seen shelling out some major fashion goals with her ethnic ensemble. Sharing the picture, the actress paid tribute to her friends and penned:
"What a good. What a Best So when I told my friends about the wedding... I also laid out a few 'requests'. This is how they went - Me - Guys please I'm too old for dances, can we not have dances ? Friends - N. we have to. Me - ok just one? F - Hell No. M - Ok please no dholkis before Bhurban. We should all just chill. F - talk to the hand."
In the next picture, Mahira can be seen planting a sweet peck of love on her friend's cheek, and it is simply adorable. However, it was her candid moment with her best friend from her mehendi ceremony that caught our attention. In the picture, the besties can be seen tightly hugging each other. Moreover, we even got a glimpse of Mahira's mehendi look. For her special day, she donned a purple-hued kurta set, which she styled with a red dupatta. Further, in her note, Mahira wrote:
"As time came close and they all were over everyday.. I realised they just wanted to celebrate me and us. My childhood friends, work friends, my cousins.. had seen it all with me - held me when I down and clapped when I succeeded. I had done the same with them. To these insanely amazing humans I call family. I love you all so freaking much. Alhumdulillah. MashAllah. P.S My bestest friend in the whole world surprised me at the Mehendi and I still can't believe she made it. It's her birthdya today - I love you my insia lotia. Always and forever."
For the wedding, Mahira Khan ditched the traditional dark hues and opted for a beautiful pastel-hued lehenga. She teamed it with a matching full-sleeved choli and a long veil. Mahira's outfit featured intricate embroidery all over it. The diva complemented her bridal look with a statement necklace, earrings and a maang teeka. Dewy makeup and a bun added stars to her look. On the other hand, Salim Karim looked dapper in a black sherwani paired with a blue turban.
