On the other hand, Arbaaz got married to Sshura Khan for the second time. Well, reports are rife that Malaika and Arjun have parted ways. Amid this, Malaika reveals how she has been busy blocking negativity from her path.
In a recent interview with Harper Bazar, Malaika Arora revealed that it actually messes up her day when she comes across some nasty comments about her. The actress further added that she has been trying to stay away from this negativity and getting better at blocking all the noise around her. Malaika added that she is enjoying 'me' time by doing yoga, meditation, eating, and sleeping on time. Malaika can be quoted as saying:

"Sometimes when I find something nasty written about me, I’ll admit, it messes up my day, but I’m getting better at blocking out the noise. I work a lot on keeping myself the way I am—mentally strong and being able to reinvent myself—by practising yoga and meditation, doing my retreats, eating, and sleeping on time."

In the same interview, Malaika Arora shared that it feels great when she receives compliments at the age of 48, and she thinks that no one means the same in a derogatory way, as she has worked hard on herself. She also gave credit to her hard work and dedication for continuing to look glamorous even at this age, and when someone asks how she carries on with the same, the actress feels good. Malaika added:
"When someone says, ‘You look amazing at 48,’ it feels fantastic. I don’t think people mean it in a derogatory way. It’s a compliment. At 48, if I can look the way I do, it’s due to my hard work, dedication, and focus, which is paying off. It feels great when someone asks, ‘What do you do to stay like that?’”
Last year, reports were rife that Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor parted ways only to reconcile after a few months. According to the reports, either Malaika or Arjun wanted to take the plunge, and one of them was not ready, which created a crack in the couple's relationship. Well, the couple soon reconciled and had been shelling out couple goals.

Malaika was sitting in the front row and was stealing glances when Arjun was walking the ramp. The duo didn't talk to one another for once, and it hinted about the reports to be right.
