Indian actress, Mandira Bedi proves that it is upon us how we take our lives forward. A month after the sudden demise of her husband, Raj Kaushal, Mandira is back to work. However, it is not easy, and we can see the pain of the same in her eyes. Nevertheless, despite the irreplaceable loss she had suffered, Mandira is making sure to restart her new life without her darling husband, Raj.
For the uninitiated, on June 30, 2021, Raj had taken his last breath. Mandira Bedi, who is known for challenging societal notions, had performed her late husband's last rites. While the actress had given out a strong message of gender equality, no one can ignore the pain she was going through. The heartbreaking visuals still give us goosebumps.

On August 13, 2021, Mandira took to her Instagram handle and shared a picture on her IG stories. In the mirror-selfie, we can see Mandira getting her makeup done. Atop it, the actress wrote, "Today is the first day of my rest of the life." Check it out below:
A couple of days ago, Mandira had shared a smiling picture on her IG feed, which was clicked by her adopted daughter, Tara. The gorgeous mother had revealed that Tara had encouraged her to smile for the picture, and she can never refuse it. The caption could be read as "When my little girl asks me to smile after some post-workout endorphins are doing their thing.. how can I refuse?"

Two weeks after Raj's sudden death due to a heart attack, Mandira had shared a couple of pictures with her late husband. Alongside it, she had penned a heartbreaking note, "25 years of knowing each other. 23 years of marriage.. through all the struggle.. through every crest and trough."
