Indian actress, Mandira Bedi has gone through a lot in the last year. It all started with the sudden demise of her husband, Raj Kaushal on June 30, 2021. Mandira Bedi, who is known for challenging societal notions, had performed her late husband's last rites. While the actress had given out a strong message of gender equality, no one can ignore the pain she was going through.
Over the past few months, Mandira has tried to get back in her life. She is trying to be the best version of herself and for her kids, Vir and Tara. Mandira Bedi was seen dancing her heart out at her best friend, Mouni Roy's wedding in Goa. The actress often shares glimpses of her life and her connection with God on her Instagram handle.

Recently, in an interview with The Times of India, Mandira talked about the sudden demise of her husband, Raj and whether she had lost her connection to God. The gorgeous diva revealed that she had stopped praying, but never once she had questioned the decision of God. Mandira also stated that she firmly believes that it was all God's plan. She said:
"Things have happened in my life unexpectedly or haven't gone the way we wanted. In that too, there is some grace and God's plan. I did take a break from prayer but now I bow my head- right from morning when I open my eyes to the lunch that comes in my plate to everything. I don't believe in : Why this is happening to me? Or, why me? I had no choice but to be strong."
Mandira also revealed that she needs to give a positive happy space for her kids. The gorgeousness also shared that she had a lot of anger and negativity in her life, but she had taken a lot of therapies to calm herself. She shared:
"I had no choice but to give a positive, happy and loving home to my kids. I had a lot of anger and negativity in my life. I have done all therapies to calm myself. I have worked so hard to get to that place, so now it takes a lot to derail me. Hereon, my path is to keep my kids and myself going."
A while ago, Mandira had shared a smiling picture on her IG feed, which was clicked by her adopted daughter, Tara. The gorgeous mother revealed that Tara had encouraged her to smile for the picture, and she can never refuse her. The caption could be read as:
