Bollywood actor, Manoj Bajpayee, who is not just an amazing actor but a phenomenal human being, is loved by millions of people not because of his looks but because of his acting prowess. The actor had started his journey in the industry without any Godfather and made his own name just with his hard work and dedication. Though the actor received his due credits much later, he restored our faith in the fact that true talent cannot go unrecognised in any field.
Manoj Bajpayee belongs to a small village named Bettiah in Bihar. However, even after becoming a successful actor, he had not forgotten his roots and often visits his father, Radhakant Bajpai. Though both his parents love him a lot, it was his father, who had struggled a lot to pay for his education. Therefore, the news of his father's hospitalisation is sure to make him emotional.

According to a report of ANI, Manoj Bajpayee's father, Radhakant Bajpai, was admitted to a hospital in Delhi, and the report suggested that he is in a critical condition. Though Manoj Bajpayee was not in a state to give any statement, he left his shooting in Kerala to meet his father at the hospital.
In an earlier interview with the ANI, Manoj Bajpayee had revealed how his father had inspired him to complete his higher studies before making a career in the entertainment industry. In his words, ''I came from my village in Bihar to Delhi at the age of 18. I joined Delhi University. Finishing my graduation was my father's dream. He did not want me to leave studies.. So I really wanted to fulfil his dream and somehow managed to complete the course and take a degree.''

Ahead of Father's day, 2021, Manoj Bajpayee, had earlier left Mumbai for his native village, Belwa, in the Bettiah district of Bihar, to meet his ailing father. When his father had fallen ill, he had left aside all the promotions for his then-upcoming web series, Family Man 2 and had rushed to meet his father. He was accompanied by his wife, Neha Bajpai and daughter, Ava Nayla.
When Manoj was asked about the condition of his ailing father, he had shared how he had reached the village. A report of IWM Buzz.com had quoted him as saying, “But we missed our flight. So we had to drive down a much longer route. Fortunately, my father is on the road to recovery. Since he is ageing the process of healing is taking longer. My brother takes good care of him. I wish I could be there with him more often.''
