"Manu is still very young. She is not even of marriageable age. Not even thinking about it right now. Manu's mother considers Neeraj like her son."

For the unversed, Manu Bhaker is just 22 years old. While she has achieved a lot in her life, it is still very early to talk about her marriage. Manu's father added that her mother considers Neeraj as her son and wishes him the best.
In a conversation with NDTV, Neeraj's uncle dismissed any possibility of any romantic angle between the Javelin thrower and Manu. He added that when Neerja would get married, everyone would get to know about it, and until then, they would have to wait. In his words:
"Just as Neeraj brought the medal, the entire country got to know about it. Similarly, when he marries, then everyone will know."
