With a Baby Doll remix or a Desi Dhol remix, Roop Tera Mastana, Woh Chali Woh Chali, Pardesiya, Saiyan Dil Me Aana Re, Chhod Do Aanchal, Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar, or Kaliyon Ka Chaman coming out every second day, these 're-makes' of classic Bollywood songs stole our breath away as much as the original versions. The early 2000s had the nation engulfed with remix frenzy and debutante, Meghna Naidu made her first mark with the great party mix, Kaliyon Ka Chaman. Meghna Naidu then grabbed some movies such as Hawas, Mashooka and Rain: The terror within, and after a few strings of flops, she made a brief appearance in Jodha Akbar. She made her comeback as a witch called 'Patali Devi' in Sasural Simar Ka. While this was a brief about her professional career, little does everyone know about her personal front.

And for all those who dont know or had a doubt here is some news for you!!! I couldn't have asked for a better life partner, best friend, soul mate... Meghna Naidu and her Portuguese tennis player husband, Luis Miguel Reis got married in Mumbai on December 25, 2016 following a courtship of six years. Talking about why she hid the marriage for so long, Meghna shared in an interview with Bombay Times, “Luis and I were happy enjoying the ‘no-attention’ phase after marriage. We didn’t feel anything was amiss as long as my family and friends knew about it. Also, I am not a huge fan of big weddings, as I feel the bride and groom feel lost at such events. I always felt that special occasions need to be celebrated with special people. My wedding happened exactly the way I had dreamed.” (Also Read: Akash Ambani And Shloka Mehta Are Gym Buddies, Check Out Their Picture Post-Wedding)

Meghna Naidu further added, “It’s only recently that I told Luis that I would like to make it official. He said, ‘What’s stopping you?’. So, here I am announcing it finally.” Recalling how it was an overnight decision for them to get married and she didn’t even get time to shop for the wedding, Meghna reminisced, “Luis asked my mother what she wanted for her birthday gift. She told us, ‘It’s time you guys got married’. It was so random that I didn’t even get the time to do my shopping or apply mehndi. It was like chat mangni pat byah. We went to an Aiyappa temple and got married according to Hindu rituals. We also plan to have a Church wedding, some time next year. We have all the time to plan a Christian wedding.”
Revealing how she met the love of her life, Meghna Naidu stated, “I was introduced to Luis by my father, who has been a tennis coach. We dated briefly, but then grew apart and lost touch. He is 10 years older than me and he must have thought that I was too young and maybe, unsure about the relationship. He reconnected with me on social media eight years ago and we got together again. My parents were extremely happy when I told them that I am dating Luis. The first thing they said was that he is a great guy.”
Meghna Naidu went on to reveal that it’s their love for tennis and passion for travelling that made their bond even stronger. Meghna said, “We play the same sport and and I feel a strong ‘tennis’ connection with him. We also share the passion for travelling. I am constantly shuttling between Mumbai, Portugal and Dubai, where Luis runs his tennis academy. I have been working less because I am not in Mumbai all the time. I can say that our honeymoon is still continuing (smiles).” (Also Read: Sunny Leone's Daughter, Nisha Weber Baked A Cake For Her Mom And Dad's Anniversary [Pictures Inside])
