Not only most of us wish to spend a minute with our favourite celebs but also a like, comment or follow back from them on social media makes our day. While we see them in their picture-perfect personalities on-screen, it is so much more to their lives on the personal front. For the sneak-peeks of their personal lives for their fans, social media acts like a bridge between a celeb and a fan. Not only do they delight fans with pictures and videos of glimpses of their personal life, but once in a while some of them interacts with their followers on social media platforms via an AMA session. Just like Shahid Kapoor, his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor too, indulges in an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session in every few months and answers the questions of her followers. For instance, it was Mira Rajput Kapoor’s one of the ‘Ask Me Anything’ sessions when she had revealed when was the first time, she had met Shahid Kapoor. No, it wasn’t when they had met for their arranged rishta set-up. Mira had revealed that she had met Shahid when she was 16 years old and. When a fan asked her, “What was it like meeting Shahid for the first time? Considering he is a star”, Mira had replied, “Just like meeting anyone for the first time. Interesting. It was actually when I was 16 and we were at a common family friends house for a concert by a sufi singer. Both our dad’s love that kind of music.”
On August 29, 2020, Mira Rajput Kapoor had indulged in yet another ‘Ask Me Anything’ session, and had answered a lot of questions from her fans, related to her favourite food, jewellery, motherhood and her life as Mrs Kapoor. But what had caught our attention was when Mira was asked about her favourite Indian dish and her list had included one made by her father-in-law, Pankaj Kapur. When a fan had asked Mira, “What’s your favourite Indian food?” she had replied, “Dal Makhani, Paneer Makhani, Baigan Bharta, Soya Chaap, Gheeya/tori in any form, my mom’s kashiphal, Mom’s parantha, Gujrati Kadhi, Appam and Stew, Spicy Rasam, Poha, My FIL’s Orange Paneer. Anything really… I live to eat.”
On May 29, 2020, i.e., Pankaj Kapur’s birthday, Mira Rajput Kapoor had shared a throwback picture with her father-in-law and a heartfelt wish on her social media handle. The doting daughter-in-law had posted a throwback picture from her baby shower ceremony when she was pregnant with her second child, Zain Kapoor. Mira had captioned the post as "Happy Birthday Dad. Nobody is as cool and as warm as you are In a family of Alphonsos we’re the Safedas! To the bestest ‘Baba’, We love you." At the 46th Annual Convocation in the Dasmesh Auditorium of the Guru Nanak Dev University, Pankaj Kapur was honoured with a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the Faculty of Visual Arts and Performing Arts. Pankaj Kapur’s wife, Supriya Pathak and his children were present to cheer for him as he received the award. According to 5 Dariya News, Pankaj Kapur said that in spite of spending good time in Mumbai, his soul and heart always beats for Punjab and he also shared his experiences of life with the students. His proud son and daughter-in-law, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor shared a congratulatory post for Dr Pankaj Kapur.

It is very rare to see Pankaj Kapur on digital platform but thanks to Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor, we occasionally get a glimpse of the Office Office star.
