Birthdays are a way of celebrating life and thanking God for the beautiful days. The day becomes special for the entire family and friends, who try their best to make your day super special. However, celebrating birthdays in the times of COVID-19 is a lot different. Instead of throwing grand birthday parties, we now cherish the time to spend with our loved ones in the safety of our homes with homebaked cake and promises of happy days. And that's how real-life princess turned television actress, Mohena Kumari Singh celebrated her birthday. In the past couple of months, Mohena and her family have gone through a lot. First, Mohena and her husband, Suyesh Rawat along with their family members tested COVID-19 positive, and when the duo had recovered, it was Mohena's real brother, who was tested positive for COVID-19. Later, Mohena had gotten the news of her nani ma's demise. During all the chaos, the actress didn't lose her calm and trying to stay positive.
On July 18, 2020, Mohena turned a year older, and fans and family shared lovely wishes for her. A day later, Mohena took to her Instagram handle and shade with her fans a glimpse of her birthday celebration post-wedding. Mohena posted a picture, wherein we can see her husband, Suyesh putting cake on her face. The actress was dressed in a red saree and subtle look while Suyesh wore a beige kurta with an abstract print. Mohena captioned the picture with a cake and a heart emoji. Check it out:
After being tested positive for coronavirus, Mohena Kumari Singh had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared the difficult times her family is going through. She had written a lengthy note stating that she cannot sleep as the initial days have been tiring for the entire family. Her note could be read as "Can't sleep. These initial days have been difficult for all of us at home especially our young one and our elders. But I'm praying it'll all be over soon. We are fine. We have no rights to complain about anything as there are people out there who are suffering way more than us." She also thanked everyone for their love and support, and added, "But I'd like to thank you each one of you for all the messages, prayers and love you'll have been sending. It's keeping our spirits up. And we have so much gratitude in our hearts for you'll. Thank you all." When Mohena got recovered from COVID-19, she had shared a picture with a doctor and a nurse. Alongside it, she had shared a thank you note for them, which could be read as "We finally tested Negative of coronavirus... after a month! We'd like to thank all the Doctors and Health care professionals for doing the best they could with whatever information was available to the world about this virus, at AIIMS RISHIKESH. Today we celebrate the work of Doctors and Healthcare professionals in our country. In my life I have met some wonderful doctors, nurses , compounders and other medical staff... I'd like to thank all of them for their Honest Efforts to help people to ease or eradicate their pain. I really hope and pray that all doctors are doing the same for people of all ages , strata and religion. People put immense faith in doctors and we always hope for doctors to reciprocate that with selfless care and humanity. I'd like to wish all the selfless, honest, diligent and hardworking doctors a very Happy National Doctors Day. We thank you for your service."
