Famous actor, Naga Chaitanya is dominating the headlines now for his engagement with actress, Sobhita Dhulipala. For the unversed, Chaitanya was earlier married to popular South actress, Samantha Ruth Prabhu. They got engaged to one another on January 29, 2017. Afterwards, on October 6, 2017, they exchanged vows in Hindu and Christian rituals. However, troubles soon started cropping in their marriage, and the couple parted ways four days before their fourth wedding anniversary.

Taking to X, Nagarjuna Akkineni dropped two pictures from Chaitanya and Sobhita's intimate engagement ceremony and penned a beautiful note along with it. The loving father shared the details of the duo's engagement, which took place at 9:42 am and also welcomed Sobhita into their family. He wished the couple a lifetime of love and happiness and wrote:
"We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 am!! We are overjoyed to welcome her into our family.
