Naga Chaitanya Will Get Married To Sobhita Dhulipala, Wants To Have Simple Second Wedding

Naga Chaitanya has given love another chance after an ugly separation from Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Initially, Naga Chaitanya kept his relationship with Sobhita Dhulipala private, and it was in August 2024 that the couple went public by announcing their engagement. Now, according to murmurs, Naga and Sobhita will get married in December 2024.

According to a report by India Today, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala have begun their wedding preparations. They plan to get married in the first week of December 2024. Earlier, there were claims that the couple had chosen a picturesque location in Rajasthan. There are also claims that Chaitanya wants to have a simpler wedding this time. However, the couple has not yet confirmed the reports.

Sobhita shared glimpses of her Godhuma Raayi ceremony. It was a beautiful pre-wedding ceremony for which Sobhita wore a pink Kanjiavaram silk saree gifted to her by Chaitanya's mother, Lakshmi Daggubati. The bride-to-be radiated the old-world charm in the pretty pink saree with green-toned glass bangles.

Chaitanya and Sobhita's love story

Exactly two years ago, Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya's dating rumours surfaced on the internet. Their fans instantly found similarities between their solo pictures from the same vacation spot. Naga Chaitanya, who was earlier married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, became a target of fan hate after he announced his separation. To keep his relationship away from the public wrath, Naga Chaitanya kept denying his relationship with Sobhita and vice versa.

For the unversed, Naga Chaitanya's father, Nagarjuna, broke the news about his son's engagement. He took his X handle and shared photos of the soon-to-be married couple, and shared that at 9:42 in the morning, the couple's engagement ceremony was completed. He expressed excitement about welcoming Sobhita to his family. He wrote:

"We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m.!! We are overjoyed to welcome her into our family. Congratulations to the happy couple! Wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness. God bless!"

Sobhita Dhulipala wore a Manish Malhotra saree, which showed her connection with her roots

Talking about Sobhita's engagement look, the bride-to-be wanted to pay homage to her traditional roots, so she asked the famous designer, Manish Malhotra, to keep the same thing in mind. Her engagement saree's fabric was sourced from the weaving communities of Andhra Pradesh. Sobhita looked pretty in Uppada silk drapes in the golden blush colour of a traditional temple flower.

The bride-to-be accentuated her look with a gold neck chain, matar mala, and jhumkas. Subtle makeup with soft eyes, a bindi, and hair tied in a bun completed her look. On the other hand, Naga Chaitanya wore classic Pattu pancha, laalchi and kanduva, a three-piece set worn by the men of Andhra Pradesh.
