Naman Mathur a.k.a Mortal is the co-founder of CMO of S8UL Esports and is the leading face of the Indian gaming industry. Naman has now got married to the love of his life, Rutuja on December 15, 2024. He has shared the marriage pictures on his Instagram handle which is all things cute.
Naman gave the biggest surprise to his fans by introducing his better half, Rutuja, to the world. He began his post by mentioning that it was in 2014 that he and Rutuja saw each other grow ever since they met. They went through a lot of rollercoaster emotions before concluding, 'yes', and said they were ready to deal with everything in their life. Naman shared three pictures, where in the first one he was seen applying sindoor to Rutuja. A drop of sindoor also fell on her nose, and it was all cute. In the second picture, the couple posed with folded hands, while the third snap looked like it was from their reception. Naman, in his post, mentioned that it was in 2014 that he met Rutuja. His note read:
"2014 me peheli baar mile the 2024 me hamesha k liye mil gaye. As MortaL came in my life, we werent sure if we should reveal our relationship with all of you. But its high time I should introduce my better half to all of you, Rutuja."
Naman had worn an off- light white sherwani, a turban with specks, applied tilak. Rutuja looked like a Marathi bride with green bangles, mehendi over a turquoise blue nauvari saree with a red dupatta, traditional jewellery, and a simple mundawalya. She completed her look with baby pink eyeshadow and lipstick and looked like a simple bride. Naman, for the reception, had worn a black overcoat over what looked like black jeans and a shirt. Rutuja wore a grey coloured gown with nude makeup and green bangles and flaunted her mehendi.
Naman was previously nominated for Streamer of the Year in 2020 and 2021 and E-sports Personality of the Year in 2022. He started his career as a casual gamer, and his gaming journey shone after his expertise in PUBG Mobile. He gained fame in the Indian gaming area. Prime Minister, Narendra Modi also met Naman, with whom he shared his views on India's gaming area and the importance of tech and social media platforms.
Earlier in an interview with CNBC TV18.com, Naman was asked how to get a dedicated fan base and the hacks to create meaningful gaming content and excel in the same. Naman said that by involving your audience in your content creation process, such as asking for their input on topics, and gameplay strategies, or even letting them choose the games you play, you can build a community around your content and foster engagement and loyalty among your audience. He also added:
