Neha Dhupia is one of the most talented actresses of Tinseltown. She started her career in showbiz in 2002 when she won the title of Femina Miss India. Thereafter, she made her Bollywood debut in 2003 with the film, Qayamat: City Under Threat, which gave her a mediocre response from the audience. She rose to fame with her erotic film, Julie, which gave her immense recognition, and landed her important supporting roles in films like Chup Chup Ke, Mithya, Singh Is Kinng among others, and there has been no looking back for her ever since. In her personal life, she is married to actor, Angad Bedi and the duo is blessed with a daughter, Mehr and a son, Guriq.
In a recent interview with India Today, Neha Dhupia opened up about raising her children, Mehr and Guriq, amidst the paparazzi culture. Neha highlighted that since they are celebrities who often get clicked, thus as parents, both she and her husband, Angad have tried to keep their children away from the media glare for the longest time, and the media, in turn, has respected their wish as well. In her words:
“How long will we be able to keep the kids away from the glare of the media, we don't know. Has the media respected that privacy when it comes to our kids in the past? They definitely have. Has the media protected our kids in the past from the media glare? As much as it would work for them not to, but guess what? They all have. They have all understood and we love that about them."

Moving further in the interview, Neha mentioned how her baby girl, Mehr reacts to the idea of getting clicked by the paparazzi, whenever they are spotted outside. To this, the actress revealed that her daughter does ask her questions about why her mom gets photographed by people whom she does not know. Neha revealed how she makes her daughter understand the phenomenon of paparazzi in the form of a story. She mentioned:
“Does my daughter now ask me questions? She's like 'Why is everybody clicking your photo?' I keep telling her that your mamma worked really hard, she had a dream and, since her dreams are coming true slowly but surely, that's why people are clicking photos. So dream big and you know people are going to be enamoured that you are living your dream and people click photos. It is a very long and loopy explanation, but it's sweet and then it's storytelling for her every day. She's coming around it.”
In one of her previous interviews with Times Now Digital, Neha Dhupia opened up about getting pregnant before marriage. She mentioned how her parents reacted to her and revealed that they had given her only two days to get married to Angad Bedi. She recalled it as a crucial time, as they had 72 hours to turn things around.

In the same interview, Neha boldly spoke about her choice of getting pregnant with a child before tying the knot. She revealed it was her conscious decision, which she did not regret. Moreover, she gave a befitting response to the trolling that she received for the same. In her words:
"My choices are not hurting anyone so then there’s no harm in doing what you want, what you please and look at where it got us."
