Vicky Kaushal has been receiving appreciation for his latest performance in Bad Newz. In the film, he starred alongside one of his close friends, Neha Dhupia. They share a good bond, and Neha is one of the few people from the industry who attends events at Vicky and Katrina's house. Recently, Neha opened up about Vicky's relationships with her kids and his potential paternal skills.
Vicky Kaushal got married to Katrina Kaif in December 2021. Since then, fans have been speculating about Katrina's pregnancy on different occasions. However, there is no confirmation about it. The couple's close friend, Neha Dhupia, recently appeared on Khaane Mein Kya Hai. She shared that the Sanju actor shares a very good relationship with her kids, Meher and Guriq. She was quoted as saying:

"I know he is really good as a chachu. Meher, Guriq call him chachu. He is very invested in our kids."

Neha added that Vicky often meets her kids at Christmas parties or other moments. Also, he is too good to them and even Facetimes when he doesn't meet them for long. Overall, she scored Vicky Kaushal 'high' for his paternal skills. In her words:
"He meets them over Christmas and somewhere else. We still have those beautiful moments. He FaceTimes them. This speaks extremely highly of… he scores high as far his paternal skills are concerned and I am going to leave it at that."
For the past couple of months, Katrina has not announced any projects. Also, she was spotted wearing loose outfits and often avoided the media. It led to the speculations that the couple was expecting their first child together. However, Vicky denied all the rumors at a media event for his film, Bad Newz. He said:
"As far has the good news is concerned, we will be very happy to share it with you but for now, there is no truth to the speculations. Abhi Bad Newz enjoy kijiye, jab good news ayega to hum aapke saath zarur share karenge.”
