The actress had resumed work as she had attended the opening of a salon in Kolkata less than a month after the birth of her child. However, while addressing the media, when Nusrat was asked about giving a glimpse of her child, the actress had said that her son's father is not letting her show the baby's face to anyone.

''I think that’s a vague question to ask and puts a black spot on somebody’s character as a woman, who the father is.''
