A mother's greatest treasure is her daughter and she carefully teaches her all the lessons that she has learnt from her own mother. It is said that daughters reflect their mommies, after all, they are made off the same flesh, blood and endless beauty. And an exactly similar relationship brews between ace designer, Nishka Lulla and her six-month-old daughter, Miraya. Currently, Nishka is working on her motherhood skills and spending her time getting back in shape. Today, on July 18, 2019, she took to her Instagram to share a snippet of her workout session but it was her workout partner that made our day. Yes, her daughter, Miraya accompanied her mommy on her exercising day. The designer captioned the picture as, "Mommy and Me workout with @bhavna_harchandrai. So much fun to exercise with Miraya. Getting in shape and bonding as well. Miraya enjoyed this session and how! #mommyandmeworkout #babyMiraya #babym #littleunicorn." Take a look at the picture below:
Last month, Nishka had taken her daughter to Goa for a family vacation. And had shared the picture from her holiday on Instagram, and had captioned it as, "Miraya in Goa For her first holiday, Goa was the perfect destination since it was a short flight. We chose a baby-friendly resort keeping in mind that we would not really venture out much. it’s filled with greenery, fragrant flowers and colorful villas so it felt like we were in the middle of someplace exotic. If you are traveling with your baby for a beach holiday here are some things I kept in mind. Made her packing checklist a week in advance. Made sure the hotel had a baby cot and tub and made them send the pictures to me in advance. Carried her everyday pillow and cot sheet for her comfort. Took Miraya in the pool, carried @pampersindia splashers swim diapers and a baby float."

She had further written, "This was her first time in the pool and she started paddling away as soon as she was in the water. I think she’s going to be a water baby! Got her the @mamaearth.in sunscreen which was gentle on her skin and worked well for sun protection, a rash guard swimsuit from @seedheritageand a sun hat from @hm_kids. Stuck to the usual routine of her afternoon nap, evening massage, storytelling, etc which she is used to. Carried all the everyday things and essentials such as the travel sterilizer, medicines, mosquito patches, dry sheets, etc. Kept her indoors during the afternoons when it’s the sunniest. Nishka's bond with her mother, Neeta (who is an ace fashion designer) cannot be described in words, they are the best of friends and best critics for each other. In an interview with India Today, Nishka had opened up about her bond with her mother, and had shared, "It is a friendly bond. However, it is embarrassing when she talks me to me like a child in front of people I work with, but she is more of a teacher and mentor to me. We are poles apart when it comes to designing. What I have learned from her is that you work hard and express yourself most honestly in a collection."
In the same interview, Nishka had shared how she used to imitate her mother while she was designing and starting her business, and had stated, "I tried to imitate what she was doing. After school and homework, I was making clothes for my dolls and doing embroidery." Neeta had also talked about her daughter, and had said, "She was more of a problem child than my son. At the parent-teacher meetings, I'd tell my husband to go because the teacher would have only complaints. She learned to say 'Match' before 'Mom'."
In another interview, Nishka had talked about her journey of becoming a designer and had shared “While growing up for me, it has always been about fashion. As a child, I tagged along with my mother, Neeta Lulla, for her work every day, whether it was her workshop or for shoots. It was then I developed the fascination for fashion and styling, sewing little Barbie doll dresses and little dhotis for Lord Krishna as a hobby, helped iron out creases on outfits while at shoots, started doodling little outfits in my notebooks and knew this is what I wanted to always do when I grew up.” (Don't Miss: Sidharth Malhotra Failed Class 9 Due To Girls' Distraction, Wants To Kidnap This Bollywood Star Kid)
