The Ambani clan are on their toes as the countdown for Anant's grand wedding begins. However, it is Nita Ambani who is taking care of every teeny-tiny detail of her youngest son's wedding, as many renowned people will grace the event. Recently, Nita Ambani was spotted shopping for sarees in a shop in Varanasi.
When it comes to shaadi shopping, it never ends. Whether you are the bride, mother, or mother-in-law of the bride, you tend to shop every piece from the hidden gems of the country. And Nita Ambani is no different. The philanthropist, who believes in shopping for Indian handlooms, was seen saree shopping in Varanasi. Like every other Indian woman, Nita Ambani also knows the Indian handcrafted weaves by heart, and she was seen taking immense interest in the sarees shown by the salesperson.

Ambanis are big believers in the divine power guarding every being, and they donate as much as they can to the temples. They start no work without taking the blessings of God, and just ahead of the wedding of Anant and Radhika, Nita Ambani visited Varanasi to present the wedding invite at Lord Shiva's feet. Nita Ambani told ANI that she had come for darshan of Bholenath and would also attend the Ganga aarti. Talking about the first wedding invite, Nita Ambani said:
"Aaj nimantran patra lekar aai hun mere Anant aur Radhika ke shadi ka to bas shree ke charnon me ye mai aaj lekar aai hun dene ke lie."
Talking about Anant Ambani's wedding invite, it has a beautiful chandi ka mandir with Radha-Krishna, Ganpati Bappa, and Goddess Durga idols. It also has tiny bells attached to the roof of the temple. Further, we can see a silver invite with Lord Narayan on top of it. The card had a few leaflets stating the function details. The first page had a picture of Lord Narayan showering his blessing on the soon-to-be-married couple, Radhika and Anant.
Coming to their love story, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant met during their college days. They were with their friends when they went on a long drive and felt an instant connection with each other. In an earlier interview, Anant stated that he never wanted to get married because he wanted to devote his life to taking care of animals, but Radhika changed his thoughts. Together, the duo works hard to take their animal retreat centre, Vantara, to new heights for the betterment of animals.
