Mukesh and Nita Ambani hosted one of the most extravagant weddings the world has ever seen for their youngest son, Anant Ambani. The latter got married to Radhika Merchant on July 12, 2024, after courting her for around six years. Their wedding was covered extensively all around the world, as several renowned names from all walks of life were present at the soiree. However, what caught the most attention was the opulent sartorial picks of the Ambani ladies.

It has been none other than the businesswoman-turned-philanthropist, Nita Ambani, who has been ruling social media with her on-point fashion game. On July 14, 2024, which was Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding reception titled 'Mangal Utsav,' the gorgeousness opted for a custom pink multi-resham kadhwa floral woven brocade saree embellished with intricate real silver embroidery. She paired it with an archival blouse adorned with real silver zari. Nita Ambani accessorised this regal saree with some of the most expensive pieces of jewellery.

However, it was her chunky diamond ring that became the highlight of her overall look. She once again wore the ring called the 'mirror of paradise' for Anant and Radhika's Mangal Utsav, which weighs 52.58 carats, features tapered baguette-cut diamonds and is a D-colour internally flawless diamond. The same diamond was originally mined in the Golconda region of India, and it cost a whopping USD 6.5 million, which is approximately Rs 53 crore. Nita Ambani’s diamond ring was previously sold at Christie’s auction in 2019 as part of the Maharajas and Mughal auction.

This isn't the first time that Nita Ambani has flaunted this historical piece from her collection. Previously, on Anant and Radhika's hastakshar ceremony, which happened in March 2024, the businesswoman opted for this royal piece of jewel with her customised Manish Malhotra handloom Kanchipuram saree and the huge two emerald-studded diamond necklace.

Meanwhile, On Day 2 of the NMACC launch event in March 2023, the businesswoman paired this expensive ring with a regal Burano lace cape from the shelves of Indian designer, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, which she wore over a champagne-gold Valentino gown.
