Hareem Shah is a well-known TikToker and social media influencer in Pakistan. She enjoys quite a fandom online and has always been vocal about her opinions. Hareem even has had her fair share of controversies owing to her squabbling statements on numerous occasions. Recently, she stirred quite a chaos on social media when she posted against team India and even claimed to be invited for Bigg Boss season 17.
On November 15, 2023, the ICC World Cup semi-final was conducted between team India and New Zealand. Taking on this opportunity, Hareem Shah took to her X account (former Twitter) and put up a picture of herself praying. She captioned the post as:

“Today, I prayed to Allah for New Zealand’s victory against India. Inshallah, Allah will hear my prayer, and New Zealand will win today’s semi-final. Ameen!”

India won the match with flying colours, and none of her prayers were heard. However, this post caused quite a stir on social media, and people started to troll her in the comment section. Where some seemed miffed with her for mocking religions for her own use, some trolled her for her stupidity.

It seems like Hareem Shah enjoys social media controversies and the subsequent attention. In one of her other posts on X, Hareem claimed that she got invited to Bigg Boss season 17. She then proceeds to ask her followers if she should go to the show or not. Hareem further added:
“Bigg Boss 17 walon ny bulaya hai..jaun ya na jaun?”
