One of the most popular television actors, Shweta Tiwari's personal life has been nothing less than a roller-coaster ride. After her unhappy first marriage with Raja Chaudhary, Shweta Tiwari had tied the knot for the second time with Abhinav Kohli. And while her married life with Abhinav and her two kids, Palak Tiwari and Reyansh Kohli had looked good, the reports of troubles in their marriage had emerged in the media in 2019. But, being the doting mother that she is, Shweta has never let the problems in her married life affect her little ones' lives. The mother-daughter duo of Shweta Tiwari and her daughter, Palak Tiwari enjoys a sisterly bond. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Palak had revealed that she shares everything with her mom. She had said, "I am not the kind of person who likes to lie to her. Back in the day, tried it, done it, hated it. It was traumatizing. So, now I am very honest about everything. It is not just dating; I tell her everything. If I like someone, if something shady is happening in the group, even if I am in a club, she is the first person to know everything. She is always very supportive."
On August 6, 2020, Palak Tiwari took to her IG stories and shared a video of her baby brother, Reyansh Kohli lovingly caressing their pooch and talking to him in gibberish, while their mom, Shweta Tiwari was seen sitting beside Reyansh and patted his cheeks. We could hear Palak's laughter in the background as she can't make out what her brother, Reyansh and their pooch are talking about. Check out the video below:
Palak Tiwari is all set to make her name in the industry, following her mother's footsteps. Palak had announced about her Bollywood debut on her social media, that she'll be starring opposite Vivek Oberoi in Rosie: The Saffron Chapter. Sharing the first look, Palak had written, "Super excited to share the news of my debut in & as #Rosie! And here's my first poster! Thank you #PrernaVArora @vivekoberoi for the opportunity & @visalmisra for the guidance." On her post, her dad and Shweta Tiwari's ex, Raja Chaudhary had commented, "Way to go" followed by a thumbs-up emoji.
In an interview with the Pinkvilla, Palak Tiwari had revealed how her disagreements and arguments with her mom, Shweta Tiwari sometimes become dramatic. She was quoted as saying, "Because she is an actor and I am an aspiring actor, we constantly have this thing. So everything she will say to me will be very dramatic because she comes from TV. Then I will respond. Then both of us will realise we are being dramatic."

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, when Shweta Tiwari was asked if she shares her work experience with her daughter, Palak Tiwari, she had retorted, "I do guide her only when she comes to me. Otherwise, I feel she is very mature and knows exactly what she wants. The kind of exposure that is there these days around us, they already know so much." While talking to Pinkvilla, Palak Tiwari had talked about her mother's one unfulfilled wish. She had shared that her mother had always wanted to go on a solo trip. Shweta had confirmed it and had said, "I was going to go on a solo trip this year but my father had a heart attack, so had to cancel, but yes, this is something I truly want."
