Pop Icon, Cher Reportedly Hired Men To Kidnap Her Adult Son To Prevent Him From Meeting His Wife

There is hardly anyone who hasn’t been mesmerised by the queen of pop, Cher. The 77-year-old singer has ruled the global music industry for decades and is still one of the most influential personalities in the West. Cher defied the age-old dominance of males in pop society and made a place of her own, which is why she is still immensely respected. However, the recent legal documents filed against Cher are enough to tarnish her hard-earned image, and if the claims in the complaint are true, then Cher has no one to blame but herself.

Cher is accused of hiring goons to kidnap her adult son.

On December 5, 2022, Cher’s daughter-in-law, Marie King, complained that four goons abducted her estranged husband, Elijah Blue. She further alleges that the goons were hired by Cher, who did not want her son, Elijah Blue Allman, to reconcile with her. For the unversed, Elijah and Marie previously filed for divorce in 2021 and, by the end of 2022, were trying to reconcile and save their relationship. However, Cher did not want the same.

In her complaint document, Marie King added that one of the four goons told her that Cher appointed him. In the same document, Marie also divulged that Cher had previously thrown her and Elijah out of her house without even allowing them to retrieve their belongings from the house. The personal feud between Cher and Marie has taken a legal turn, and only time will tell who is in the wrong.

Cher turned a blind eye to the accusations of Marie King

After the legal documents surfaced online, numerous media outlets contacted Cher to know her stance on the situation, but the Strong Enough singer remained unreachable. Meanwhile, on September 27, 2023, Cher was spotted in the front row of the Balmain Fashion Show as she put on a PDA with her beau, Alexander “AE” Edwards. This year marks the couple's first anniversary as the duo met at a Fashion one last year and soon engaged in a whirlwind of romance.
