Preity Zinta appeared on the second season of Koffee With Karan with Bobby Deol. During the rapid-fire round in the show, host, Karan Johar asked Preity about one person she won't call when she is kidnapped. In her reply, Preity said she would never call Saif, which invited a laugh from Bobby Deol and Karan Deol. She further elaborated and shared that she was stuck in Phuket when a dangerous Tsunami hit in 2004. It was a near-death experience, and Saif texted her a funny message that startled her. She was quoted as saying:
"I was in the tsunami and I had the worst experience of my life. And he sends me a message - Hey PZ! Under water or what? I was just like..."
She further continued saying she won't call him ever if she is kidnapped. The Veer-Zaraa actress wondered what kind of a person Saif is and was sure he would make a funny comment even when she will call him. She said:
"I will never call him because if i call him he would say PZ don't lie okay i am in this shot or i am in this."
Saif Ali Khan is known for his cool, humorous, and laid-back attitude. He portrayed many memorable roles in his career's initial phase, making him popular among the youth. Many of his co-stars admire his humorous side, and one of them is Preity.
