After dating each other for quite a while, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas finally got married on December 1-2, 2018 in white Christian and Hindu weddings. The couple took the nuptial plunge at Umaid Bhawan, Jodhpur. Last evening, Nickyanka (as fans adorably call them) shared the first official pictures of their wedding which they have sold to the internationally reputed magazine, People. Apart from PeeCee and Nick's wedding pics and videos, the one post on social media which is grabbing everyone's eyeballs is Priyanka's father-in-law, Paul Kevin Jonas' welcome note for her daughter-in-law. Sharing the following picture from the mehendi ceremony, papa Jonas wrote a heartfelt note and it says, "What an amazing experience! Congratulations Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra on your marriage. I love you both, dad."
Isn't this adorable? Priyanka and her sasur ji share a very genuine camaraderie with each other. Paul Kevin Jonas shared another post on his Instagram handle and summed up the wedding week with these beautiful words, "What a week! Love you both, Mom and Dad @people @mamadjonas @nickjonas @priyankachopra When you look me in the eyes and tell me that you love me. Everything is alright when you're right here by my side. When you look me in the eyes I catch a glimpse of Heaven. I find my paradise when you look me in the eyes."
Earlier, After Priyanka and Nick’s roka ceremony on August 18, 2018, Paul Jonas had shared the following pic of the Priyanka and Nick and wrote on Instagram, “So happy for the engagement of our son @nickjonas and we welcome @priyankachopra into our family with love and excitement.”
Priyanka and Nick are finally married now! Can you believe it? Post her wedding, Priyanka and Nick sold their wedding photographs to People.com. In an interview with them, Priyanka shared how she felt when she saw Nick while she was walking down the aisle. She said, "It was all tears. All tears. I could not hold it in. I think I was nervous and scared. But as soon as the curtains opened, and I saw his face it was just like everything settled and I knew I was making the best decision of my life." The Quanitco star also told the international magazine about her choice of two weddings. She stated, “Every girl dreams of being a princess on her wedding day. But I never had a plan about what I wanted it to be." And added, "Being able to have two big weddings, in India, with our closest family and friends was unbelievably special. I love that our wedding was a religious mash-up. We took beautiful traditions that we both grew up with and personalized them in a way that made sense for us. It’s been incredible to find the commonalities between our beliefs and figuring out how to blend them in a respectful and meaningful way.”

Coming back to Nickyanka's wedding, both the bride and groom wore Sabyasachi outfits on their Hindu wedding. Sabyasachi shared a photo of the couple and captioned it, “Priyanka Chopra makes for a stunning bride in a custom red Sabyasachi lehenga. Hand-embroidered and hand-cut organza flowers, French knots in silk floss, delicate Siam-red crystals and layer upon layer of threadwork embroidery creates this piece of impossible couture.”
Sabyasachi further added, “Her wedding jewellery was crafted with uncut diamonds, emeralds and Japanese cultured pearls in 22 karat gold. It also had delicate tiny stars in uncut diamonds to give it a sense of whimsy to an important traditional piece.”
And sharing the intricate details of groom's outfit, the ace-designer wrote, "Nick Jonas wore a hand-quilted silk sherwani with a hand-embroidered chikan dupatta and a chanderi tissue saafa. His rose cut kalgi and Syndicate diamond necklace are from the Sabyasachi Heritage Jewelry Collection."
