In her personal life, Priyanka is married to actor-singer, Nick Jonas, and the couple have a daughter, Malti Marie. The actress, who was recently shooting for her upcoming film, The Bluff, in Australia, admitted it was difficult and isolating to travel to a different country for a long schedule. However, she felt happy to have her daughter and mother in Australia and enjoyed spending time with her husband, who managed to fly out by taking time from his busy schedule to visit them. In her words:

"It's been amazing to have them with me in Australia, but if I am being totally honest, it's also really challenging and somewhat isolating to be so far away from everything. My husband is busy with touring at the moment, but he finds the time to fly in for that extra TLC whenever he can."

"I don't like to come on set unprepared or keep anyone waiting because I'm aware that there are about 300 people on a crew who are waiting for me to do my job properly for us to move on to the next thing. It's a lot of pressure, but now almost 25 years into my career, it's something I'm very proud of having learnt early on."
