On July 18, 2024, Natasa Stankovic posted a picture note on her IG handle and announced her separation from Hardik Pandya. She shared that she and Hardik had decided to mutually part ways after four years of being together and that they tried their best to save the relationship. Natasa also added that they would continue to co-parent their son, Agastya. An excerpt from her note could be read as:
"After four years of being together Hardik and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest for the both of us. We are blessed with Agastya, who will continue to be part of both our lives and we will co-parent to ensure that we give him everything that we can for his happiness."

A source close to the couple mentioned that Natasa found it overwhelming to deal with Hardik's high-profile celebrity aura, and he was too full of himself. Though the cricketer's wife tried to make peace with it over the years, Hardik didn't change himself. Natasa even re-considered her decision to part ways with Hardik over and over again, but the wound was so deep that it continued to hurt her, and eventually leading her to decide to divorce the cricketer.
