Radhika Apte Once Dated Tusshar Kapoor, Opens Up On The Rumours, 'That Was Like A Long Time Ago'

Radhika Apte has always been known to speak her mind, which often lends her amidst some controversial news. Apart from her amazing acting skills, it is the way she carries herself that is loved by all. Radhika has always stayed away from rumours. However, a while ago, rumours were rife that she was seeing Ekta Kapoor's actor-brother, Tusshar Kapoor. Radhika made sure to clear the air around her relationship with Tusshar Kapoor. 

Radhika Apte revealed whether she dated Tusshar Kapoor

In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Radhika Apte was asked about the weirdest rumours she heard or read about herself. To this, Radhika shared that she has not heard any rumours so far. She also added that the last rumour was about her dating Tusshar Kapoor. She shared that it happened when she was working with him for Shor In The City. She was quoted as saying:

"I have not heard any rumours. Long time back I heard that I was dating Tusshar Kapoor. That was like a long time ago when I did Shor In The City. Uske baad to maine kabhi rumour suna hi nahi. Jo karna hai kar lo, mere ko farak to padhne wala hai nahi."

When Radhika Apte revealed her link-up with Tusshar Kapoor was a publicity tactic

Last year, Radhika talked about her link-up rumours with Tusshar Kapoor in an interview with Mashable India. She revealed that it was a publicity stunt to make the film work. She shared that she got excited as the article about her read that she was in Goa celebrating Valentine's Day with Tusshar Kapoor. However, in reality, she was studying for her exams in London.

When Tusshar Kapoor's sister, Ekta Kapoor insulted Radhika Apte

After rumours of Radhika and Tusshar made rounds, Ekta Kapoor made a controversial comment about her. According to a report in Filmibeat, Ekta had joked about her brother, Tusshar having bad taste in women. She also called Radhika 'horsey' beautiful. Ekta further added that she hoped their chemistry was restricted to the screens.

After this, Radhika Apte talked about the same when she graced Neha Dhupia's show. The actress shared that she had no clue about those comments. She further added that Ekta Kapoor was sweet to her when they met.
