Raghav Juyal is one of the most commonly recognised faces on TV. He has hosted several dance reality shows and acted in a few projects. Raghav is known as 'Crockroaxz' or the 'King of Slow Motion' for his grip on slow-motion dance. Despite earning a good reputation on TV, Raghav reduced his work on television and made his full-fledged way towards films and OTT. Recently, Raghav reflected on his decision to shift from TV to movies and talked about the hardships that came along the way.
Raghav Juyal sat down for an interview with News18 Showsha and admitted that leaving television was a 'stupid' decision. He added that he established his identity from TV. At the same time, he earned good money and worked with comfort. So, leaving it for films and OTT was a risky take. He was quoted as saying:

"I left behind my identity, comfort and money. At that time, my television career was at its peak. Leaving all of that behind and shifting gears is something that may make one look like a mad person. Having said that, I knew that the onus of failure was on me."

Raghav revealed that an actor earns more from television than from films. Also, he earned decently for the work he did. So, the decision to leave was more difficult for him. But he wanted to do good work and went ahead with it.
In the same interview, Raghav explained that he had already begun to feel a decrease in finances after turning towards other mediums. The ABCD 2 actor said that he has downgraded his lifestyle for better work. However, working on films like his last release, Kill, has brought him creative satisfaction. In his words:
"We shoot for one-and-a-half years to two years for a project here. Before that, we prep for a year. I'm having to downgrade my lifestyle just because I want to do good stuff. But yes, there's a lot of creative satisfaction here."

Raghav shared that he unlearned several things he used to do in TV and began a new journey in films and OTT. Also, the Street Dancer 3D actor shared that he purposely took less work on TV and made fewer posts on his Instagram handle to make audiences forget him. Raghav did all this to make a fresh start in Bollywood and is happy with his decision.
