On March 30, 2020, Rajeev gave us a glimpse of how he helps his wife, Charu in the kitchen. The doting husband shared a time-lapse video, wherein we can see him lending a helping hand to Charu while she prepares a meal for the two. Along with the video, Rajeev wrote, "Everyday affair in the kitchen", followed by a heart emoji. Take a look at it below:
A few days ago, Charu celebrated her first Gangaur puja after marriage. She had donned a traditional red saree with golden border on it. Her look was completed with a mathapatti, a choker neckpiece and matching earrings. She had captioned the picture as "My first gangaur celebration after marriage."
In an interview with ETimes, Charu had shared how she had prepped for the puja amidst the lockdown because of COVID-19 outburst. She had said, "I had nothing to decorate as I couldn't step out of the house for buying flowers and other stuff due to the 21 days lockdown. So instead of grass I used jowar to do the rituals. Luckily, gangaur and other necessary stuff my mom had already sent to me in advance from Bikaner before the coronavirus scare began. I tried to make whatever I could do in this lockdown situation. As sweets were not available I decided to make prasad at home." (Also Read: Ahil Sharma Celebrates His 4th Birthday With Baby Sister Ayat Sharma, Feeds Cake To Mamu Salman Khan)

Charu had further added, "The festival of Gangaur is celebrated in Rajasthan and it is celebrated by married and unmarried women. They worship Goddess Parvati and Lord Shiva to get a good husband and family after marriage. As this was my first Gangaur I got ready and wore a beautiful red saree. As there was no elders in the house present nor I could step out to ask for help, I decided to take assistance on phone and did everything on my own. Rajeev has also been a great help."
