Armaan Malik, along with his two wives, Kritika Malik and Payal Malik, has been the subject of much attention and criticism as they entered the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss OTT 3. The trio has been living together as a family for years and even have four kids together. However, many Indians do not widely accept their practice of polygamy, and a lot of celebrities have criticised the family for promoting this living condition. Uorfi Javed supported the trio over their marriage, and now Rakhi Swant has reacted to it.
Rakhi Sawant fired back at Uorfi Javed over her support for Armaan Malik's polygamous marriage. The actress added that Uorfi is her sister, but she is wrong here. Rakhi asked how would she have felt if, after her marriage, her husband brought another wife. She further added that Uorfi should refrain from speaking in this matter as she has no experience in marriage and how things work. In Rakhi's words:
''Uorfi Javed, tu behen hai meri. Tu kya kuchh bhi comment karti hai. Yeh same tumahre saath hota na, tumhari shaadi ho jaati, tumhara pati dusri biwi laata. Toh Uorfi jitna main tumhe jaanti hun na, tum pati ko bhi maarti aur uski dusri biwi ko bhi aur jaake jail mein baith jaati. Tumhe jab experience nahi hain na shaadi ka toh mat bolo.''

Taking to her Instagram, Uorfi shared a photo of Armaan Malik and his two wives, Payal and Kritika and wrote a note supporting the trio. In her note, Uorfi expressed that she had the pleasure of meeting Armaan, Payal, and Kritika, and found them to be wonderful individuals. She stressed that if they are happy in their unique relationship, then it's not anyone's place to pass judgment. Uorfi also pointed out that polygamy has been a part of many cultures and religions for centuries, so if these three are content with their arrangement, then it's not for anyone to criticise.
After Armaan Malik shared his unique love stories with both his wives, Payal and Kritika, in the Bigg Boss house, he got massive backlash from the public. Actress, Devoleena Bhattacharjee took to her X and penned a lengthy note to express her disappointment and anguish over the same. She called the trio 'filthy' and 'gross' and questioned Bigg Boss for telecasting such taboo on such a vast platform that is accessible to everyone, from kids to elderly people. She also mentioned the usefulness of the Special Marriage Act and slammed Armaan's fans.

Deepak Chaurasiya didn't hold back, asking Armaan how he manages his two wives, Payal and Kiritka, when most struggle with just one. Armaan's response? He suggested that Deepak might not have the skills to handle a wife. Armaan also showered his wives with praise for their role in their relationship, fostering a sense of respect among the audience for his wives and his belief in polygamy.
