Ranbir Kapoor left his father, Rishi Kapoor, extremely hurt when he decided to move out of his home. He shifted to his bachelor pad, and there have been countless times when the late Rishi Kapoor expressed his disbelief at Ranbir's moving out of his home move. However, after his father's demise, Ranbir took on the project of constructing a special bungalow in the name of his grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor. He has gifted the Rs. 250 crore to his daughter, Raha Kapoor, and it seems like it is almost ready.
Recently, a celebrity photographer shared a video of Ranbir and Alia's ready-to-move-in dream bungalow, which is named after the former's grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor. The bungalow's construction work seems complete. The multi-storey residence has a grey and off-white exterior with big windows that maximise sunlight and ventilation.
The building also has a terrace garden, which is set, and one can clearly see a lot of plants. Each floor has a balcony with white railings that add a touch of elegance and safety. The six-storey building holds a lot of sentimental value as Ranbir, Alia, Neetu, and Raha often visited the site to see if the construction matched their vision. It seems like the couple might move in soon.

According to several reports, Ranbir wants to give the bungalow as a gift to his two-year-old daughter, Raha. He wants to register the bungalow, which is estimated to be around Rs. 250 crore, to his daughter, Raha. According to the report, it is believed that Neetu Kapoor is also a co-owner of the property, as Rishi Kapoor had made her a half-owner of all his properties.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt chose to welcome 2025 with their entire family. The Kapoors and the Bhatts flew to Thailand to see the sea and the first Sun of 2025. Talking about their New Year's celebration, Riddhima shared a family picture from their party in Thailand. In the photo, the entire Kapoor family was seen posing together, and it was a super adorable moment. We could see Ranbir holding Raha in his arms and Alia was seen comforting her. Raha looked gorgeous in a red and white floral dress.
