Siblings are the souvenirs of the lost childhood! They are the ones, who picks us up whenever we fall in life. No matter how much we fight with them, when the day gets gloomy, they are the ones, who will make us laugh first. However, nothing pains more than the loss of a sibling. And late veteran actor, Randhir Kapoor had felt the same pain as he had lost not just one but three of his siblings in a year. On February 9, 2021, the Kapoor clan had gotten the biggest shock as Randhir Kapoor's youngest sibling, Rajiv Kapoor had left for the heavenly abode. No one had believed their eyes when late actor, Rishi Kapoor's wife, Neetu Kapoor had shared her last goodbye for her late brother-in-law on her Instagram handle. She had posted a picture of Rajiv and had written, "RIP".

Recently, in an interview with ETimes, Randhir Kapoor opened up on the pain of losing his three siblings. The actor shared that his brother, Rajiv had no prior medical condition. Randhir said, "I am left alone in this house. Rajiv was a very gentle and extremely jovial person. It is so tough to believe that he is gone. He had no medical history. His health was simply fine; he had no problems whatsoever. I don't know what's happening. I was equally close to Rishi and Rajiv. I have lost four people from my family--my mother Krishna Kapoor (October 2018), eldest sister Ritu (January 14, 2020), Rishi and now Rajiv. Randhir Kapoor also narrated the whole incident how he had found out that his brother, Rajiv had a cardiac arrest. He said, "Well, I have a 24-hour nurse since I have a bit of a problem in walking due to a nerve-related issue. The nurse went to wake him up in the morning at about 7:30 am and he did not respond. She detected that his pulse was very low and dropping further. We rushed him to the hospital but all efforts to save him failed. And, now I am left alone in this house."
Kareena Kapoor Khan had penned her last goodbye for her uncle. She had shared a rare picture of Raj Kapoor with his three sons. In the picture, we could see Raj Kapoor flashing his big wide smile and had hugged his youngest son, Rajiv Kapoor, who was standing right beside Rishi Kapoor and on the other side was Randhir Kapoor. Alongside the picture, Kareena had written, "Broken but strong."

Talking about the Kapoor siblings bond, we remember on Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan, when the host had invited ‘The Famous Kapoor Siblings’, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor, they had shared some interesting anecdotes of their childhood. They had even talked about their school life on the show. The late actor, Rajiv Kapoor had shared that while everyone was elder to him and had passed out, it was Rishi Kapoor, with whom he was left in 11th standard. To this, Rishi Kapoor had remarked, “I didn’t pass out, but I failed out.” Continuing to this, Randhir Kapoor had said, “We all failed.
