Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are one of the much-loved couples in Bollywood. The couple got married back in 2018 after several years of dating. Now, the couple is all set to welcome their little one. It was on September 7, 2024, when Deepika was admitted to hospital, and her fans are excited to hear the news of her baby's arrival. Amid excitement, we stumbled upon an old interview of Ranveer Singh, wherein he praised his wife's beauty and grace, and shared that she's homely.
In an interview with Famously Filmfare Season 2, Ranveer Singh was asked about his feelings about waking up next to Deepika Padukone every day. The actor tagged this as a 'surreal' feeling and wished that his wife would be protected from evil eyes. He gushed over Deepika and shared that the actress is always gorgeous, and he just cannot believe he wakes up next to her every day. Ranveer stated:

"She is so gorgeous man. She is going to sleep. She is gorgeous. She wakes up. She is gorgeous. Middle of the day, she is gorgeous. Every day I wake up next to her I can't believe it."
Ranveer Singh also mentioned that he and Deepika Padukone have been together for several years, and it feels amazing. Sharing what has changed in their life post their marriage, Ranveer mentioned that Deepika is 'gharelu' and he loves to see her like this. He also added that his wife is an awesome homemaker, and she makes his life beautiful.
Ahead of being hospitalised, Deepika Padukone, along with Ranveer Singh, sought blessings at Siddhivinayak temple. The actress looked gorgeous in a green-toned Banarasi, and her full-grown baby bump and pregnancy glow were simply unmissable. Well, she was seen struggling to walk, and Ranveer gently asked her if she was 'okay'. Deepika flaunted her cute smile and replied with a yes. Such an adorable gesture of Ranveer won our hearts.
A few days ago, Deepika Padukone left our jaws dropped to the floor, as she shared some gorgeous photos of herself from her bold maternity shoot. The actress gave a befitting reply to the trolls who meaninglessly trolled her, tagging her baby bump as fake. Deepika was seen flaunting her bare baby bump in some sassy clothes, from a see-through gown, and bralette teaming with pants, an unbuttoned cardigan paired with jeans, to a sheer bodycon. In some of the photos, Ranveer and Deepika's mushy moments also sent their fans into a collective meltdown.

Earlier, in an interview with Rajeev Masand, Deepika Padukone was asked what she would want to do if she was not an actress. To this, the mum-to-be gave the sweetest reply and shared that she would like to enjoy her life with her family. The actress also added that she would love to be with children and expressed her wish to have three kids.
