'Bigg Boss OTT 3': Ranvir Shorey And 'Vada Pav Girl,' Chandrika Had A Clash Over Food Distribution

Bigg Boss OTT 3 has been grabbing the headlines since day 1 of being live on Jio Cinema. For the unversed, this season, Salman Khan has been replaced with Anil Kapoor as the host, and the choice of participants has already raised netizens' eyebrows. Among others, BB OTT 3 features Chandrika Gera Dixit, Sana Makbul, Shivani Kumari, Vishal Pandey, Shobaa De, and Ranvir Shorey. However, on the first day in the house, a heated argument has already begun, as Ranvir and Chandrika reportedly indulged in a fight over the distribution of food.

As per ETimes, the recent episode of Bigg Boss OTT 3 featured a clash between vegetarians and non-vegetarians. As per the report, the clash began when Chandrika stated that those who eat non-veg food can have eggs for breakfast while vegetarians can have poha. Ranvir Shorey didn't agree with the same and mentioned that he wanted to eat veg food along with eggs.

To this, Sai Ketan Rao and Poulomi Das agreed and stated that only two eggs are not enough for breakfast. In a promo video that was dropped by Jio Cinema, Ranvir can be seen saying that the non-vegetarians cannot only live on chicken and eggs. Moreover, this turned into a heated argument and left Ranvir to pass a comment on Chandrika, which seemingly left her frustrated. Ranvir mentioned to Chandrika that she cannot make him stop eating vegetarian food, and she can also have eggs if she wants to. He also added that 'being vegetarian is your choice and not my fault.' Replying to the same, Chandrika mentioned:

"I can't eat eggs and vegetarian food has very limited options. You have to understand that."

For the unversed, Ranvir Shorey is an eminent Bollywood actor who was seen in movies like Lootcase, Ek Tha Tiger, and Sonchiriya, among others. Talking about his stint in Bigg Boss OTT 3, Ranvir mentioned to a fellow contestant that he has no jobs, which made him on BB OTT 3. He also added that in today's generation, content creators can earn all by themselves, which is a new technique. Moreover, Ranvir's story left the netizens to emphatise with him and they penned some love-filled comments about him.

On the other hand, netizens remained miffed with the makers for selecting the Vada Pav Girl, Chandrika Gera Dixit, for Bigg Boss OTT 3. For the unversed, Chandrika rose to fame with her professional journey. She and her husband left their jobs to take care of their unwell son. It was a few months back when Chandrika made it to the headlines for a fiasco she had with Delhi police over organising a bhandara. In an episode of Bigg Boss OTT 3, she revealed that her daily income from Vada Pav stall has been Rs. 40K.
