The pandemic life, for most of us, has been about masked faces and social distancing, even from the family. Though we were constantly in touch with our family and friends virtually, the fact that we haven’t met them personally and the uncertainty of when we can meet them in near future has made us miserable. Just as much as we are dying to meet them as soon as possible, our care for their safety makes us take a step back. But what we can do, meanwhile, is cherish the memories we have made with them and stay in touch with them virtually. And that’s what B-town’s ‘glam-ma’, Raveena Tandon Thandani is doing! 2019 was a special year for Raveena Tandon Thandani as she had gotten promoted to grandmother again as her eldest daughter, Chhaya Malaney had embraced motherhood for the first time. At the age of 21, Raveena had adopted her late cousin's two daughters, Chhaya and Pooja, and had embraced motherhood by being a single mother to the little girls. Post her marriage with Anil Thadani, Raveena’s family was completed with the arrival of her biological kids, Ranbirvardhan Thadani and Rasha Thadani. Raveena dotes on her children but now her attention is happily taken away by the little one as she adores her grandchildren.
Since the B-town is back in action post the lockdown and most celebs have resumed work, Raveena Tandon Thandani too, had jetted off to Himachal Pradesh for the shoot of her film. Looks like Raveena is missing her babies and babies’ babies as the actress posted an array of pictures and videos of her little ones. Reminiscing the beautiful moments of her babies and grandchildren, Raveena captioned her post as “Missing my babies, and my babies’ babies.”
During the initial phase of the lockdown, when Raveena Tandon Thadani was missing being her grandson, Rudra’s babysitter, she had shared a throwback video on her Instagram feed. Along with the video, the ‘glam-ma’, Raveena had written, “#throwback #goa 25thfebruary #Glammatales. Babysitting the youngest in my brood #rudrachronicles. The best thing to do during a lockdown is spend time and bond! Since she couldn’t meet the little one, Raveena Tandon Thadani had made sure to video call her daughter, Chhaya Malaney and ask her how her grandson, Rudra is doing. Recalling her reaction on being told that she's going to be a grandma, Raveena had shared in an interview with Zoom Digital, "There’s nothing better than to hold a new life in your hands. I was gleaming with joy. Throughout Chhaya’s pregnancy, I have constantly shared advises - what she should be eating, how she should be exercising, etc. I still do it. I take an update every day, and my day is not complete without seeing him. I video call my daughter every day and ensure that the baby gets proper sleep, diet and baby massage."
The Thadani clan has been on cloud nine ever since they had welcomed the little one. The elated nani, Raveena Tandon Thadani had gifted her grandson, Rudra with a special gift, to be cherished for a lifetime. Raveena had gotten Rudra’s hand and feet impressions framed with a beautiful picture of the little one. Little Rudra is not so little anymore and we cannot stop adoring how amazingly he has grown to be a big boy!
