Though the mention of Raveena Tandon reminds us of her evergreen songs and iconic movies but for many, she, at the age of 21, became an inspiration when she had decided to adopt two baby girls, Chaya and Pooja, daughters of her distant cousin who had died when the kids were young. Over the years, Raveena made a name for herself in the industry with her exceptional performances and won the hearts of millions with her decision to adopt. Raveena found sisters in Chaya and Pooja, and she believes they have grown up together. Post her marriage with Anil Thadani, Raveena's family was completed with the arrival of her biological kids, Ranbirvardhan Thadani and Rasha Thadani.

Raveena Tandon is an ardent social media user, who never leaves a chance to express her love and admiration for her family, especially on special occasions. For instance, when Rasha Thadani had turned 16 on March 16, 2021, Raveena had posted a heartfelt wish with memorable pictures of the little one. She had captioned the post as "When just when did you grow up so fast... 16, my lil baby. My kind, sweet, affectionate, compassionate, caring lil girl @officialrashathadani Happy 16th baby!" In her next post, Raveena gave glimpses of Rasha's 'sweet 16' birthday celebrations and wrote, "Truly blessed are those who have lifelong friends... who make moments special... from babies to now... always together. Thankyou @ahaanamakhija @aarnasalla @aiyana.paes #sarababy #godbless."

To mark her eldest one, Chaya Malaney's birthday on June 3, 2021, Raveena Tandon posted a couple of precious memories from her family archive. To wish her budhape ka sahara, Raveena wrote, "Happy happy birthday my baby, my best friend, my sounding board, my super achiever, my budhape ka sahara, My kind, caring loving baby girl, @chaya.m.m, you are the best thing that happened to me … have a great day and an even greater years ahead. I love you! Blessings from all your 3 moms, Veena aunty, Dolla bhabi, and me. You are special and you know that." Rasha Thadani also wished Chaya on her birthday with some lovely pictures, which she captioned as "Happy happy birthday my chayu Didi. Never met a more warm and loving soul. Thankyou for always being there for me. Miss you and love u always."
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Raveena Tandon Thadani had spoken about how motherhood changed her, the fulfilling experience of being a mother and her best memories. When asked, "What are some of your best memories of motherhood?" Raveena had said, "There are plenty of them, actually! Be it getting Pooja and Chaya home, getting them married, being witness to the birth of their babies. Then, of course, I was blessed with my two babies Rasha and Ranbirvardhan which enhanced my choices as a mother. I have become more compassionate as a person and at the same time, I feel like this powerful woman because I am like this shield to my kids. In addition, being a mom to 4 just creates this aura of oozing positivity around me."

Speaking about her motherhood experience since she had adopted her daughters at a very young age, Raveena Tandon had remarked, "I didn't like how their guardian would behave with them and some instinct in me pushed me to take them to my home. There was something about them that made me feel that me being a 21-year-old doesn't matter. I can say it has been the best decision of my life. I cherish each and every moment I have shared with them, from taking them into my arms for the first time to walking them down the aisle."
It was in September 2019, when Raveena Tandon had gotten promoted to be a nani as her eldest daughter, Chaya Malaney has embraced motherhood for the first time and the Thadani clan had welcomed the newborn with a traditional homecoming ceremony. Announcing Chaya's pregnancy on September 8, 2019, Raveena shared pictures from the baby shower ceremony, and had written, "Me and my brood! My baby's baby! Countdown has begun!! @officialrashathadani." 10 days later, Raveena had announced the baby's arrival with the homecoming pictures and had captioned them as "Thanking the pantheon almighty. The baby comes home."
