Lee Hyeri is a famous South Korean actress and singer. She gained fame soon after debuting as the lead vocalist and leader of K-pop girl group, Girl's Day and has subsequently been a part of several Kdramas like Reply 1988, Moonshine, My Roommate Is A Gumiho, May I Help You and more. Hyeri's transition from an idol to a successful actress has been one of the smoothest, owing to her outstanding acting skills and sharp script choices.
Lee Hyeri has recently broken up with her six-year-long beau, Ryu Jun Yeol, who played the role of 'Kim Jung Hwan' in the drama, Reply 1988. The masses immensely loved the duo, and their fans were thrilled when the two revealed that they were dating in real life, too! However, all good things come to an end, and so did their relationship.

On November 13, 2023, the news of Lee Hyeri and Ryu Jun Yeol's split came to the forefront, saddening their fans by manifold. Now, for the first time after the breakup, Hyeri spoke to media outlet, Miss Claire and revealed that she has been travelling a lot since her breakup. Talking about her life after the breakup, Hyeri divulged:
"I have been living as a traveler for the past three months. I've been to various places, from Paris to New York and Tokyo. During that time, I enjoyed reflecting on myself during that time."
It is not a secret to anyone how difficult a breakup can be on someone, especially if it was a long-term relationship. Hyeri's situation is something many of us will be able to relate to. She revealed that self-reflection has helped her immensely during her tough times. Hyeri further added:
"I reflected the most in New York. I've always lived while focused on the present, but I realized that my past, present, and future were all connected and that the decisions that I make now will make the person I will become."

On November 18, 2023, Sojin and Lee Dong Ha tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony, and all her girl band, Girl's Day members, attended it. Sojin was the first member of her band to get married, so naturally, all her band members were very emotional at her wedding. Taking to her Instagram, Hyeri wrote:
"Hyeri, I'm getting married. Could I ask you to give a speech?"
It feels like that day, when I had so many mixed emotions, was just yesterday. But our unnie [older sister or friend] got married today. Sojin unnie, who was the prettiest in the entire world. I congratulate you the most out of everyone on earth!!!! You need to be happy."
