Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have become one of B-town’s most beloved couples ever since they first made their relationship public. In 2017, the pair made their first appearance as a couple at the premiere of Victoria And Abdul in Venice, and it was all the media could talk about for weeks.
Well, as they say, time flies because not only has the couple tied the knot since then, but they just recently celebrated their two-year anniversary. And Richa couldn’t hold back from gushing over her doting husband.

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are giving couple-goals as they appear to be just as in love as they were when they first met. With the pair celebrating two years of being a married couple, Richa took to Instagram to pour out her love for her hubby in a sweet tribute.
The post included a dump of never seen before pictures from the couple’s sangeet ceremony. Richa complimented the post with a song called ‘I Got You’ by Maile, which she dedicated to her hubby. She also added a sentimental caption which can be read as:
“2 years today. Getting misty-eyed looking at these pictures of us, me wearing @rahulmishra_7... the last image is the present @divyabmishra just sent to our baby. Life. @alifazal9 song is for you.”
It seems that the activist in Richa Chadha never misses a beat as she shared a much-needed social message despite being ‘misty-eyed’. The actress revealed that she and her husband, Ali had opted for a plastic-free wedding and wrote in her caption:

Fans couldn’t stop showering Richa and Ali with anniversary wishes and blessings. Some also appear to have been curious about further details regarding the sangeet ceremony, as Richa decided to answer them in the comments. Her pinned comment on the post reads:
“There's a pink hue on this, dunno why...does IG do that? If you use a filter on image 10, will it add that to everything? OK. Weird. Anyway, for those asking, this was sangeet night, which was with just friends... in a top-secret location.”
For the unversed, Richa and Ali’s story started eight years before they tied the knot. The couple first met on the sets of Fukrey in 2012 but sparks didn’t fly immediately. Instead, they went from being amicable co-workers to tight friends. It was only in 2015 that the couple realised that they had fallen for each other and started dating.
Fast forward to 2020, and the duo tied the knot under the Special Marriage Act during the lockdown. Two years later, Richa and Ali organised an intimate haldi and sangeet ceremony to celebrate their love for one another with friends and family. They then welcomed their little princess on July 16, 2024.
